The restaurant was closed when we arrived after making a reservation.
This place was closed when we went. Nothing announced on the doors or online. A complete waste of our time. Open table should have had this information.
No servers around. No one greets you. You can wait for hours for service!!! 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
We made a reservation since we were a large party on a Saturday going to a restaurant across from Disney. When we showed up there was no host because she was also serving tables, once we got someone’s attention they said their system was down and they couldn’t look up the reservation and that it would be 15-20 minutes while they prepped the table. 50 minutes later we were finally seated. The service at the table was slow due to the server having a lot of tables to manage. This translated to over 30 mins to get appetizers, and a whole 60 minutes until our entrees came out, in between it took 15-20 minutes to get things like drink refills and getting plates cleared. This usually was only achieved by a member of our party standing to get some employee, any’s employee’s attention. Food was okay, about what I expect from a chain restaurant. Very disappointed that having a reservation meant nothing and they were so disorganized. It shouldn’t take over 3 hours to have a late lunch.
No hostess on arrival. She was completing take out order. Asked a server and it was 10 minutes before we were attended to. Three other couples were also waiting behind me and the restaurant was empty. Once seated I spoke with the manager who didn't seem to care. I ordered a drink and a to go order at the same time and the to go order came out first.
Aweful. Walked out.
Upon arrival, there was nobody at the host stand; I waited more than 5 minutes before someone arrived to check me in. There were several open tables, but I waited another 10 minutes before I was seated. Once seated, our server was very good and the food was decent. However, this location was not participating in the national promotion and we were not advised of this until the end of our meal.
The food was pretty good, and the portion size was also very good. The service was not fantastic, but not bad. The worst thing is that no one checked once my food was served. (Or at least until I was almost finished). And, it took a VERY long time to get my bill and pay. (I wasn't in a big hurry, but if I would have been on a lunch hour, it would have been too long.
Waitress was lovely. Very helpful. Think she knew we were hungry. No starters ordered just went straight to main meal. Would just say decor a bit tired. Food came quickly was hot and what we expected. Waitress so helpful and cheerful considering when we paid the check she had a party of 8 walk in the door. Gold star to her.
The restaurant was not overly crowded. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time after our reservation time. The food was fine. The hamburgers were a little greasy.
Clean and friendly environment. The server was great and made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was well prepared and came out hot!
Food was good, had to take my little ones to the toilet 3 times during the meal and everytime I took them there was an employee in the baby change toilets on his phone, this was a little distressing and I felt very uncomfortable as on of the three times I opened the baby change toilet (which was not locked) and found him in there standing in a corner!
Amazing experience! Holly was fabulous with her service. Looking forward to returning again
Slow service, bland food that was cold coming out to us
It appeared to be a slow night as only half of the tables were occupied. However, the service was slow and there was no seating host when I arrived. I had to find someone to seat us, some 10 minutes after we arrived. The food was as expected, nothing special but tasted good. Migh have been an off night but I wasn’t very impressed.
We had made reservations through Open Table because everything else had been booked. When we arrived, we were told it'd be a few minutes. The hostess was very nice, but she seemed to be both hostess and waitress, we only saw one other waitress for the whole restaurant. After waiting for 15 minutes without anyone giving us an update as to when we would be seated, we left. There were plenty of open tables, more than half the restaurant, and plenty of them still hadn't been cleaned. You could tell they were incredibly understaffed.
I ordered ribs and there was hardly any meat on the bones. My wife ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and it was dry and fairly tasteless. The waitress overcharged us for a side order, and even though the restaurant was practically empty she was very inattentive.
The service was also slow and the food was luke warm by the time it reached our table.
It was a thursday night so hardly anyone was in the restaraunt. The service was slow, albeit polite. Most of the food was Okay, nothing great, but I had a New York Strip steak that had a bone in it and was probably the poorest cut of meat I've ever had, it was full of fat and connective tissue.
Arrived and said that we have a reservation and were told that they didnt take resevations. When I showed them my booking from Open Table, the waitress said that she had not been trained, on Open Table bookings yet.
Reservation made 15 minutes earlier on New Years Eve. We were glad to have found it in Orlando where everything was booked. Food was good too.
Have better customer service skills from there employees
We wanted a break from the Disney food. Friday’s was close to our Port Orleans Riverside hotel. We had no wait and were seated in a largely empty restaurant around 5:30 p.m. Service was a little slow but we were needed a break and enjoyed the downtime. Our waitress was amazing. Personable, friendly, funny and even gave us a free appetizer from a party who had left. A great choice when staying at Disney with a car!
It really was the vegan option for me with the beyond meat burger that influenced my final decision of attending.
Arrived to the restaurant at my reservation time and was told by the rude hostess that the restaurant was full and they were no longer taking anyone for another hour. No apology at all. We decided to leave.
Great overall considering someone with us received a badly made drink, service was a little slow, and some of our fries were luke warm at best. That being said, they came through and took care of the deficiencies promptly. Staff was nice to deal with, friendly, and homey - it was weird when the waiter sat at the end of the table with us but he was cool.
So overall we chose here because we were hungry and knew we liked their food. We got there were greeted warmly and given a table. Our server did a great job took our order and kept our drinks full. She did a great job with the hand she was dealt.... I ordered a Mac and cheese burger medium.... when it came out in good time well... it was raw... like it saw the grill for maybe 3 minutes total. So I sent it back and it went downhill from there. Thank god the rest of my party didn’t eat all of their food. We have a 19 month old and well we had a short leash she was spent and needed to go to bed. So after another 15-20 minutes waiting the burger came out and honestly I didn’t want it now I wasn’t charged and they did box it up to go. So they get points there, but the manager well she does need some training on how to read a situation and take care of the customers. Our server did fine, but the manager well she failed. Honestly we will probably never eat at this location again but will eat at the brand again.
Hostess was away from her stand for first ten minutes. When she got back she was rude and made us and everyone else wait for another 10-15 even though half the tables in front of us were empty.

They did not accept my reservation so we had to wait for over 30 minutes for an open table. The manager told us they are not signed up for this website so do not accept anyone claiming to have reservation. And it was Christmas Day and I made it over a month prior so I was very uoset but with not alot of options we had to wait there. Food was good and server was friendly. But will not book again.
Booked table through to open table arrive on time to be told there was no table as they don't take bookings for the holidays but the booking was accepted had heated words with girl on the desk who was very rude asked to speak with manager who did try and help but it was one thing after the other was not enough staff to even take order had to try and find one our self would not recommend
Took forever for drinks. Forgot my nieces food and took forever to get it.
We had a party of four after hanging out at Magic Kingdom all day and starving. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the overall ambience of TGIF was nice. Will return again.

Tjf is good for family dinner. The service was great and the waiter was very understanding and took really great attention to our needs. It's amazing how the waiter can make such a difference.
Had to wait for half an hour even though we had booked. Waiter friendly & helpful. Food average and didn't all come out together, broccoli was brown and didn't have lemon butter on as listed, asked for replacement which came out at very end of meal. Pina colada I asked for didn't taste of Pina colada. Very over priced for what we received. Bahamas Breeze same money & food/cocktails much better.
Worst experience. Took 45 min to get our drinks and another 1 hour for food. Waitress laughed and said she lost our paper with the order on it.
