TGI FRIDAYS - DFW Airport C-8
The waitress today was absolutely the best!!! The food was really good too.
This location does not accept reservations!! Other than that, the food was delayed in delivery. The site manager offered to order us two appetizers while we waited due to the inconvenience, but she didn't.
Tried my hardest to alert you in June to your failure at DFW. You both responded and said you would fix. @TGIFridays you even sent me gift cards. Tried to use them tonite with an @OpenTable reservation and was met with a blank stare and then a rush to "find a cord for the iPad".
Sloppy as crap.
Why not call it a day so that two decent companies don't continue the black eye?
I reserved a table and went to the restaurant after I received the confirmation. The young black male at the door was informed of the reservation. He left and asked a waitress if we had a reservation. He came back and stated you don't have a reservation. I showed him the app and confirmation and he laughed and stated " we don't do the app! " then proceeded to seat other people in line. So if you use open table to book a table at TGI Fridays at gate C8 in DFW Airport , you will be ignored and laughed at by the wait staff.
