It was a horrible experience from the start and will not be going back. I will not suggest this location to go to.

I would not recommend this place at all. Place was dark and looked dirty. The wait staff were nice but the service was slow. I will not be back.

We had a reservation, but when we got there our table was not ready. Only one person working there said they would find us a table since we had a reservation, however, all the other workers said they would put us at the bottom of the list of people who had just walked in and requested a table despite the fact that we had a reservation. We finally got a table about 20-30 minutes after the time our reservation was suppose to be.
There was a white substance in the mashed potatoes my sister was eating (different color than the mashed potatoes). We thought it was butter, and I put some of it on a hot cast iron that my food had come in. It did not melt, it was not butter! My mother's mashed potatoes tasted spoiled. It was sour! I actually use to like going to that TGI Fridays, however it has begun to go down a slippery slide.
