Looks as if this location will not be in business for long. Place was almost empty on Friday afternoon for lunch. Server was not able to locate ketchup bottle that had any ketchup in it. Server worked very had but food and atmosphere were both unappealing. No one in our party of 4 finished their food.
I booked a reservation with them & when we got there the lady told me the kitchen was already closed & they didn’t know about the reservation...
Great lunch. Service was quick.

I reserved this location because it was a general location of my group which was 10 at first. I also put in the message box that there may be 20 all together. When I got there with the birthday boy, I told them I had a reservation on line which I did a week ahead of time. I was then informed after the host checked with the manager that they did not participate in the on line reservation. The place was not the full at all so I was ok. Then the manager stated she could not seat us until all of my party was there. I had already been there for close to an hour. I sat at the bar and the bartender was so nice to talk to and she said it was crazy earlier. They had ran out of the ingredients on of the drinks I wanted. So she recommended another drink and it was great. Asked to speak to the manager to see why and what was really going on since I have the confirmation number and everything. She said there was no way they could know what was going on because someone ran out with there Ipad. I was not happy and I walked away. My party was trying to get information and asked to speak with the General Manager BUT HE would not come out. Once we were seated it took 20 more minutes before anyone would even come our way. The waiter from another section came over and helped us. He was behind the bar making drinks for our table. This establishment was such a disgrace. I would not recommend anyone go here at all. Then there were other people that where waiting for hours at a time and no one would even give them any answers.
There where only two things that made this visit ok. The bartender (Tia?) and our waiter Chris.
The wait staff there is terrible people from the street we're going in and out of the kitchen as for some barbecue sauce for my rib never got it
The restaurant was closed so we were unable to dine. It appeared to be no power.
TERRIBLE service!!! My husband ordered a beer. After 15 minutes, the beer did not arrive. The waitress was nowhere to be found. We finally found her and asked where's the beer. Her response, "Oh, we are out of Bud Light". Hard to believe they were out of Bud Light at 6:30pm. Also, why didn't she come back to tell us?? We then asked for a Miller Light...… 10 minutes later, no beer. Server brings our food. Again, we asked where is our beer. Response, "oh we are out of Miller Light too". REALLY!!!??? So, hubby then orders a Sam Adams, which arrived 3/4 of our way through dinner. No apology and the waitress really didn't care. I will NEVER return!!
Today was great! I have had bad experience here before but I enjoy the food and environment so I go back. My server name was Ieasha and she was very polite. It seemed that she had a lot of tables but she managed very well. I enjoyed my date:)

I’m extremely upset because I booked TGI Fridays and the day prior I called to confirm they stated they did not do reservations thru Open Table. Deanna was the one who answered the phone, she was extremely nice and professional, she stated to me to call back on my scheduled and we should be able to accommodate due to the inconvenience. So I called the day of book reservation (2 hours in a advance) and I asked to speak to a member of management, I literally was on hold for 7 minutes (I have to screenshot) so I call back and spoke with Danny (manager) she stated that she should be able to accommodate my party considering they do not do Open Table reservations and it clearly states they do. So I get the restaurant at 4:30pm mind you the party was scheduled for 5pm. So I get the restaurant, the restaurant was completely empty, more traffic was in the bar area (I’m thinking happy hour) so the hostess which I wish I got her name, she was very unprofessional (4:30-4:45) so I greeted stated I spoke with Danny regarding my party situation, she was no we do not do that. And if we do that they would sit us in separate areas, which that not the conversation that I had with Danny. So I asked can she get Danny the manager, she then changed the story unfortunately she will be able to sit us together mind you, she just told 2 hours ago that she can accommodate us. One problem I did not like is the manager let hostess over talk her. Then Danny made a comment that she wish they did have the tablet for OpenTable, so that goes to show that they do reservations. So I decided to go another restaurant Starters Bar &Grill in the area,who accommodated me and treated above and beyond and did not have a problem with the $400 bill that we spend. If you guys don’t do reservations with OpenTable please delete because it’s very frustrating and unprofessional.
The worst TGI service i ever had. Was there for 20 minutes and not one person came to greet us nor asked if we needed anything. So we got up and left.
This place was terrible from start to finish. Slow, terrible service the entire time. When our food finally came it was all gross.

When I arrived there was no host we sat there for 20 mins before anyone even acknowledged us. Then I was told that they don't do online table reservations. The building was cold. The customer service sucks no one never said I apologise. Please contact this location and get to the bottom please. Thanks
The restaurant did not honor my OpenTable reservation. They made my group get on a waitlist that took approximately one hour. We were seated next to the restroom that had an awful odor. It took the food more than an hour to come out and several people ordered ribs that were very tough to eat. The manager was very gracious and allowed them to order another entree. However, I highly recommend the salmon and shrimp.

Had a reservation they set us in the back area where there were no other people and our waitress didn’t come to our table until 20 min later. We asked for water never received water. Came to get out drink orders after 30 min (still no water) took another 15 min to come back and take orders. They had no potato skins, nothing that had anything to do with nachos, no macaroni so we were asked if we wanted to double anything after she left she came back 30 min later finally with water and some of our drinks and informed us that what we wanted to eat was no longer available. We sat there for a whole hour and didn’t get to eat anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED
The restaurant was near empty at 1:30pm, we waited 20 minutes to be seated. the Manager “ Paris” said she only had two servers on staff and didn’t take us on personally, one we were seated our server team member had trouble getting our order filled, the orders were wrong and cold when they came out (we couldn’t even get a pop with no ice accurately) in addition a meal selection which is offered on menu with Guacamole came without because the kitchen staff didn’t prepare guacamole for the day. The manager never came over to talk with us about our experience which happens to be the general manager as well and no discount or voucher for a Return was ever offered. Worst experience ever!!!!
We went on NYE and had made a reservation. Upon arrival, there were only a handful of servers (I saw 3) and many open tables but we were told we had to wait (no one in front of us) until they could find space for our group (which I had made a reservation days in advance for). Most puzzling was the amount of dirty tables and the wait staff kept disappearing almost as if they were serving, cleaning, AND doing the cooking. But no one seemed to be in a rush. It took us 20 minutes to get water for our table and over an hour for the food. With two toddlers and an 8-year old this was unacceptable. Our server was nice but very absent when we needed something. The bathrooms were very dirty (soap and a sticky substance on the baby changing table, only one toilet that wasn’t clogged, and very little toilet paper in each of the stalls in the women’s room). Every person who walked in after us was sat in a different part of the restaurant but it clearly wasn’t busy so I don’t know why they weren’t filling up sections before moving to a new area. I would not go back and I would not recommend this restaurant. The only saving grace was that all of the food was excellent. We had a variety of ribs, steaks, shrimp, chicken, spinach and queso dip, mozzarella sticks, fries, mashed potatoes, etc and everything was hot, fresh, and well-cooked.
Perhaps openntable is unaware but as my husband and I walked and said we had reservations we were greeted by 3 individuals who promptly said ‘we don’t take reservations’. The restaurant was nearly empty and there was another couple waiting to be seated. They were sitting and had been while the 3 at the door was trying to decide where to sit the growing waiting line of four in an almost empty restaurant. This restaurant has gone down and that’s unfortunate with the mall, the university and Hospital surrounding it. We would not recommend this restaurant nor will we frequent it again....ever.
We had to look for a hostes to seat us then we didn't have any one wait on us so we left.

We love the never-ending appetizers. Most wait staff will allow you to order something different for each reorder. Excellent hamburgers too!
We made reservations for 8 pm on July 31st through Open Table and received a confirmation email. We arrived at 7:46 pm and informed the host we had reservations on Open Table. He looked at us all confused and said there was no such thing and we were required to put our name on the list. We told him we would be at the bar and he could find us there when our table was ready. At 9 pm, after inquiring when we would be seated, we realized he had skipped over us and seated three others parties of 2 because he didn't know where we were at. Poor example of customer service at their front door! I would NOT recommend this particular location to anyone.

When our group arrived we were told they do not participate in the OpenTable program and did not have reservations for us. The man we spoke with was rude & unaccommodating. He did not attempt to honor our reservation and stated this location dies not take reservations or call ahead seating!
They did not recognize the reservation made through OpenTable and we ended up waiting 20 minutes for a table.
Made reservations and when we got there we still had to wait another 20 mins because our table wasn't ready. When we finally got to the table, my party of 3 had to share a menu. We ordered drinks and the drinks ended up coming out with the food. When I got my food, it was a long curly hair sitting on top of my plate. Needless to say I didn't my meal. My server was cool though.
