Restaurant won’t accept our open table reservation. Staff is nice, but service was very slow and food didn’t taste as good

Waited over one hour for food while watching other tables leave without ever having received food. Manager said they had to fulfill delivery orders first. Restaurants aren’t going to survive if they have to prioritize delivery service orders ahead of customers in the restaurant.

Great inexpensive place with surprisingly good food to take my teenagers for a meal and a movie. We go to far more expensive places and seem to pay more for lower quality food. The steaks here are as good or better than steaks at places for $30 for the same size cut a lot of times.

This restaurant always has a problem with staffing. It is close to my home so I tolerate it...until last Sunday. The worst service ever. Sat at the bar and two bartenders. Food took forever and then the wrong dish was brought for my guest. Asked for the bill 3x. Horrible service.

Always great food. And the wait staff was wonderful, not only our waiter but others who knew us too!! Marcus and Sean and tall Brandon, so helpful.

Waitress kept disappearing and not coming back for long periods of time. Another table she was supposed to be waiting in kept trying to get her attention, she ignored them and so they left. When she did she wasn’t very friendly and had the attitude that she didn’t care to wait on us and just wanted us to leave. Another waiter was waiting on a large party plus 3 other tables near us and even with all those people he was MUCH more attentive to the guests than our waitress was. Food was mediocre, the proteins were good but the supposed lemon butter broccoli was dry and you had to put your own lemon on it. The donut cheesecake was frozen and hard to eat. Overall not impressed, and do not have a pressing desire to go back.
