Always a good time
Waitress had to be reminded to bring water / drinks 3 SEPARATE times, and even then mis-remembered the drink my daughter had ordered. When I asked about the portion difference between 2 of the dishes (boneless wings from the specific wings page vs the appetizer) she was very reluctant to answer, and didn't quite give a straight answer. Several times, she walked past our table and didn't check to see how we were doing, nor stop when we tried to verbally get her attention. The food took so long to come out originally, that even though I wanted to order more because I was still hungry, we didn't (had a child with us), and just went home instead and ate there. I wouldn't come back to this location again.
It took forever to get the food and drinks. We were there for 2hours for potato skins and burgers. Tables around us had the same issue. The sweet potato fries were covered with salt and pepper to the point of not eating. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and was told they were out of bacon but were still charged for it. Was told the WiFi was out so they didn’t have our reservation. The bathroom had only cold water. The restaurant wasn’t clean. There was a broom and dustpan that sat in the middle of the isle by the patio door all night.
The food was great and savory. The waitress took to long to refill our drinks. We were seated next to a very noisy family. The only thing worth going for is the food.
Their two three course meals for $20. can’t be beat. Ample portions, delicious.
Don’t go to this Fridays! EVER!! We booked a table on Open Table, got there in time and checked in. There were 3 or 4 parties already waiting. Hostess said it would be 10 minutes... well 25 minutes later NO ONE has been seated from any party and the hostess was nowhere to be found. Place was NOT busy but evidently they have no staffing. After 35 minutes with no one to complain to because hostess area was abandoned still, we left. Don’t waste your time going here! Do what we did... drive across the street to Chili’s. They appreciate their customers.
Fun and easy
When we got there they didn’t have our reservation, said that their system was down. Then they told us it would be about an hour wait even though they had available tables. We asked if we could sit at the bar took the bar tender 15mins to greet us then another 15 to just order.
We were very unhappy with the service tonight! After giving a drink order nothing came .... we then ordered app and dinner (still no drinks) we asked the hostess and a passing waitress for a glass of water.....still nothing! After 35 minutes we left figuring I wanted to be home before the New Years. When I called the manager to discuss the waiter needing retraining she apologized and said she would email a coupon for a meal. Guess what.....that hasn’t arrived either ! Major work is needed.
The food was cold. Seemed like the veggies were frozen vegetables heated up in the microwave. Service very slow. All 5 of us hated our meals.
Arrived on time only to find that the table wouldn't be ready for 30 to 40 minutes. Meanwhile half the tables in the restaurant were empty. This is the second time this happened to me. Won't be going back.
My husband ordered pasta dish with meatballs. The meatballs were terrible. Not edible!

Best server. Manager came over and thanked us for coming in. This Danvers location is great. We left Everett last night because it was so terrible. We will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Danvers TGIF's.
Awful service tonight. 10 minutes after we were seated before our waitress came to our table. My meal came out incomplete and cold. I ordered the French dip, and it didn't come with the aue ju sauce. I asked for it and never received it. I sent my meal back and left hungry. Won't be going back.
From the moment we walked in, dining floor was sticky. The order was messed up and food was not good. There was constant sound of breaking glass and dishes. We complained and the manager was not at all professional and gave some lame excuse as for how things got messed up. Never again, overall not a good experience. If I could a zero star I would.
Our server was wonderful. And that is truly the only praise I can give. Our server was kind enough to keep us updated on the progress. It Took us over 50 minutes to get our meals, And when they arrived they were all cold.We were told several times and the manager would be right over, unfortunately I had to leave before the manager came to the table.
Understaffed and not too clean. Waiter was fine but unfortunately due to lacking staff and food not being the best very disappointed
The staff was friendly, but the food was pricey and did not fill us up. It was of average quality.
The restaurant was not so busy which made service great. Quick refills on the drinks and Unlimited apps kept coming out until I stopped ordering. Waitress was courteous and upbeat. Even helped me out with my Reward points because their wifi was down.
Made a reservation for 6:45pm on OpenTable but because their wifi wasn't working we didn't get seated until 8:00pm. Hostess kept saying "we'll get you seated as soon as possible" even though they knew they were short staffed. Well if she originally said we'd wait more than an hour we would have left. The hostess should have been more honest of wait times. Once seated the waitress and food was good. At that point we were starving and just wanted to get our kids fed and leave. Suggest somehow the OpenTable app have some sort of confirmation with the restaurant to ensure they receive the reservations.
Our server was awesome! He was very attentive and patient. We had a large party of 13 year old girls and he was on point. The manager on duty was either having a bad night or just grumpy. We had a reservation for 12. Upon our arrival, the hostess stated the party of 12 was here and her response was "well they are just going to have to wait". Thankfully, our server Was really pleasant and made up for it.
Awesome restaurant. Service was quick and polite. Food was perfect and the manager was a wonderful woman. I was having trouble with my reward card and she said "No problem, I'll just take your dinner off of your Bill" It was a steak dinner mind you... She didn't have to do that and I appreciated it very much. Definitely recommend this TGI FRIDAYS for sure !!!
