   Dinner was fine, but when we got there they told us that they didn’t do Open Table anymore! What is going on??!

   I was told they are no longer accepting Open Table reservations and they did not have record of this one. I will probably not go back - A reservation is needed or you have to wait for 20 min or so.

   Dinner was good and service was great. The biggest issue I had was being told they do not take reservations. Fortunately I was able to be seated very soon.

   This is getting a POOR rating because the website allowed us to make a reservation for 4:30 but the restaurant was not even open until 5pm. We are not sure if this is the restaurant's fault or Open Table's fault but either way we sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to open the door and it never happened. We left and went to a completely different restaurant. It's probably for the best - this particular TGIs usually doesn't have enough employees to staff the restaurant anyway . . . just sayin. Service is generally very iffy here. That being said, you would think the manager would step up, but that doesn't seem to happen. It's really too bad because the food is good - there is just no wait staff available to make it a pleasant experience. This restaurant seems to be heading for closure and it's really too bad because it's one of only two restaurants in the area that has full service.

    I made a reservation and when I got there the host tells me we only do a waitlist on the weekends I told her I made a reservation not to have my name on a waitlist
