   It was unfortunate that there was a power outage about 15 minutes after we were seated, but that is not the reason for this negative review. I had a coupon for a free appetizer, which had been ordered and our drinks had just been delivered. The power flickered and then went out and the waitress told us they would not be able to use the ovens since there was no power, so we decided to leave. We left our drinks on the table (soft drinks) and the server handed us a bill for $18.00 for the "free" appetizer we never received and the drinks we did not consume. She told us we would would have to pay in cash since the computers were down. Did she really expect us to stay and finish our drinks in the dark?? That is when we walked out. I was very disappointed in how management handled this. I realize power outages are rare, but I am not inclined to return to this venue based on this experience.

   Steak was very good but ribs were terrible, barely ay sauce and served cold. Waitress was disorganized and forgot everything. I will have to reconsider going back again.

   The food at TGI Friday’s has improved in recent years - consistently good. Service excellent- engaging staff. The wile experience is excellent and value very good. Really like the Stripes reward program also.

   For the price of the salmon portion was extremely small. Not worth money.

   The food remains consistently good at Friday’s! The NY strip steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Service was way above average, friendly and attentive. After so many years in the business it’s nice to see they reinvent and continue to deliver good food in a nice neighborhood atmosphere with service from people who care about the customer. Go and enjoy.

   We called for "calling ahead" and told that they do not do that anymore which we thought was part of the stripes membership program. I told my wife you can make reservations on line - Friday person did not note you could do that even though we called to get on a resrervation list. Went to the website and found it and made a reservation. Got to the restaurant and had to wait 20 minuts after reservation time as they told us they were short in the kitchen. Soup was luke warm not hot. Disappointed with wait and soup. Also noted on website that we could get "ahead of the line pass" -- we have never received such a pass even though we frequent Fridays. Would have been handing that night.

   Terrible service. Food was cold. When my wife complained, they pointed to the microwave and told her that she could heat it there.

   Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at this TGIFridays. The only good experience was the waitress. The restaurant was dirty, the service was ridiculously slow, they forgot my drink, one of the meals was wrong, and the food was awful. Sorry but we will not be returning and would never recommend this location
