They never promote any special offers at this location. And the ladies restroom wasn't clean!
Server was great! Food was awesome! Drinks and adult desert with the brownie was delicious! Ok by the way the unlimited shrimp with the chicken and ribs were delicious!
They don’t honor their reservations so we never got to eat

My waitress was very disrespectful towards my mom! Also I paid in cash she didn’t even bring back my couple cent I had left over, she even bother to ask if I wanted it back either. She had the choose on her own! Very rude!!
It sucked. Michael the host and Tim the manager were terrible.
By the time they come back with your drink your done with your meal . POOR SERVICE
My mom and I really enjoyed the Downtown TGI Fridays on Erie Street. The food was great and the server was very courteous and accommodating. This is our favorite TGI!
They did not honor the reservation (they say they don’t accept reservations on weekends). We had to wait 25 minutes and were late to our post-dinner plans.
The entire service was incredible there was no wait time and also the waitress was amazing the wait for the food didn’t take long
Cheeseburger was good, however cheese was really more on artificial side from what I was expecting. Did ruin the taste a bit. Bacon was way too hard. Service was good o another side.
Poor service - poor quality steak (even for a Friday’s)
TGI Friday's has been around for a while. The continue to add and change the menu to stay up to date. However, on this day something unusual happened. I had my family in town, and we went into the city to Christmas shop. I set a reservation for this TGI Friday's location. When all 6 of us arrived, we were informed that they had a glitch with the Open Table system, and we did not have a reservation. We were told that they would take down our name and it would be another 45-60 minutes. Fortunately, when I asked to see the manager, he sympathized with our situation and found us a table.
We went for the 2-2-2 for $20 promotion, but they didn’t offer the special menu upon seating. When I asked about it, the waitress had to check, and then go find the promo menus in the back somewhere. Once we ordered everything the food was good and a good price.
The food wasn't great. I had the sirloin and a half rack of ribs. The ribs lacked sauce, but the meat was decent. The steak was alright, but Outback is far superior. I had a good Long Island Ice Tea and my server was friendly and attentive.
Holiday last Day, had a reservation at 19.30. TGI would nor accept reservation because it was friday and they do not accept reservation. Very sad that we where not able to get the table, found another restaurant.

We were sat at a dirty table with food on the floor. They wiped seat off with wet sour smelling towel. So disappointing.
Terrible service and mediocre food. This place used to be fun and of more superior service. We won't be back.
walked 2 miles to eat here at 10:40 pm in the rain because it was the only place open only to be turned down when i got there because it was after 9 pm and i was under 19
So, I live in this area, which is considered one of the most prestigious in the city, however, I felt like I was in a restaurant of a different caliber, for a lack of better words, it was ghetto! Loud and unruly, although the service and food were great.
Horrible! The waitress was high. My salad came after my dinner. My drinks never came. We never got offered any water or table war or plates. The waitress tripped and dropped all of our drinks after waiting almost an hour for them. It was a complete mess. The management did not help at all. She was just as careless. Horrible!
It was too noisy and too crowded. The food was amazing and our servers were attentive but the hostess process was like giving an order at mcDonalds. Also bathrooms messy and no TP 😒
I had a good time out with my friends
The food was great. The prices were really good for the food. The drinks are a bit pricey but yummy! Our server was wonderful and the bartender was great. The only real negative was we were not seated at a table until almost all of our party arrived which would have been understandable had they been busy, but when we arrived, there were only two other tables occupied so it was a little irritating that we had to sit at the bar while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive.
The date was great and so was my waiter.
Sad to say that it was one of the worst experiences in a TGI Friday. Service very disappointing, ordered endless entries and just one portion was served within 1 hour even after telling several time to the waitress that we want a second one. Food came incomplete (kids) asking another waiter to help us having responded that he couldn't do anything about it and that we had to wait for our waitress. Table never clean up. Manager never stopped by. A lot of personnel standing at the front of the restaurant instead of supporting others. Water spilled on our table; we had to stand up and grab some napkins as nobody was around. No refill on tap water. Very sad to say that we won't return to one of our, until last time, favorite restaurants. I hope managers or franchise owners read these comments as sometimes we could imagine that our business is in good hands but not really when employees doesn't share the same vision, mission, core values and most important when they are not supervised.
I normally see Fridays as a decent restaurant, but we did not have stellar service. I generally rate a restaurant based on the amount of times that my water glass is refilled. There were zero refills aside from when we were initially brought our waters. Mind you, both myself and my friend ordered a drink ($10) and an entree ($10-$15). There comes a certain expectation that if you are going to spend twenty five dollars pre-tax on yourself for a lunch, then the waiter should be attentive enough to refill the water, or just to ask if we needed anything else. He was never seen on the floor. At one point, I got up to look for him, and could not find him. It was not a pleasant experience.
The food was ok. It took longer than expected for a lunch hour, especially considering there were next to no other people in the restaurant.
Not great service. Waited at the front door for what seemed like forever before we were greeted. Go somewhere else... there are too many good restaurants in Chicago.
Moserella sticks were amazing!!! And the jack Daniels burger was great!
Hostess was Horrible nasty attitude and management Sucked as well. Never again.

Daughters birthday. Had to wait although we had a reservation. Slow to order food, almost an hour for it to arrive. No birthday singing. No ice cream. My daughter was crying because she was so hungry. We spent nearly 2 hours there when we intended to just have a lunch while shopping. Terrible experience.
The grilled chicken with the unique jack daniels' Tara is something simple yet unique.
It was just OK. What you expect from a chain.
This was my third visit to this location and it was different from the first couple of times I went.... I would rather have experienced workers to serve me I don't like waiting a long time
We were greeted very nicely when we walked in. Sean was terrific seating people. Our server Nicole was wonderful! She made our experience worth it! Very personable & sweet! She really cares about her customers & makes you feel at home. We will definitely be back!:)👍(I let Nick the mgr on duty know!:-)
