The appetizer was over cooked
Horrible service, terrible treatment, atrocious location. Never again!!!
The waiter Tiffany is a bad waiter. Before completing the order, she leaves!! She had to get the Mgr for approval for a drink. It's cool, I get it, but at least complete the order before doing so. After speaking with the Mgr, Mgr was made aware Tiffany was not getting a tip. Then she zooms by and says someone else is gonna be your waiter. Didn't come to the table just walked by us not even looking at us and says someone else is gonna be your waiter. Frankly, the treatment was rude, she acted like a ghetto snotty noise witch. Omg. My choice was really Red Lobsters, but it was my Daughter's decision to eat at TGI Fridays. After Tiffany did that little stunt we all just took the high road and walked out. I was looking to bless the waitress that had good customer service that day. Guess my blessings was not suppose be bestowed on her that day. Some people really rely on good customer service after a rough week at work. Oh well. So be it. Whatever.
The manager Christine tried to accommodate after I told her I made reservations via OT. She said I shouldn't have been allowed to more than six. That wasn't my problem and shared with her from a customer's perspective. I sent an email to OT also because it was inconvenient.
They refused to honor our reservation. We had a confirmation email and number but was told they had closed reservations for parties over 6.
Because we were the only other table in our section I thought service would have been good. I was wrong, although the service was not to bad when the waitress was at the table . It was the waiting that was getting to be annoying. The meal came out with the appetizer. The waitress never came back to check up on us, she then refilled the drinks at the end of the meal.
Slow, poorly organized. Order came out wrong twice. The staff was overwhelmed Food very small portions and served with no precision or order. No recognition of “anniversary” , disorganized had to show confirmation of Open Table! Won’t be back until they get it together, did not ask for refund, left tip 10% it is for minimal service and poor food

Was the worst wait we ever had. Not blaming the waitress, I assume the kitchen. Even though there were 8 of us, there was not any other tables on our side when we ordered. Before we got our food they took 1/2 -3/4 hrs. There were a couple of tables got there food before we did and they were not even seated when we ordered
The waitress had too many tables. We ordered the unlimited appetizers but only got one right before the entrees were delivered to the table. Very slow.
The only issue I had with my experience was OpenTable tab not being supported apparently, was my first time using the app and was kinda bummed out that I wasn't able to use Apple pay to pay for my meal as advertised
