   Reservation was at 8pm. I had the confirmation email in hand but the hosts was unaware of the reservation and had to put two tables together near the restroom... the lighting was bad and the servers were horrible. I order steak and shrimp but only received my steak and my shrimp came out 15 minutes later. Will not return!

   Didn't know they had live DJ and kayaroke night so it was a little louder than expected. Still it was entertaining. Food was excellent.

   My shrimp was fried too hard, but I did not mention it to the waitress. My kids enjoyed their ribs and pasta. The women's bathroom was really dirty. It was just a blah experience, this is the 2nd time we have come on a Sunday afternoon. I really don't think we will be back.

   All water in the cups they served had pink stuff floating in it. Asked for to go cups, they too had stuff floating in it. We refused all drinks. Waitress was nice though it wasn't her fault.

   The staff and food were horrible. I will never return and have told many of my friends not to waste their time or money at this restaurant.

   Our server was very sweet. However the restaurant only had a few people in there on a Tuesday night and our food took forever to come out. When it finally did, half our food was either wrong, or burnt and had to be sent back to be remade because it couldn't even be cut with a knife.

   The open table reservation did not make it to the restaurant. I was told that I would be seated as quickly as possible. Even though I had a confirmation for the reservation it was received at the restaurant. It was not big deal to the hostess.

   EVERYTIME I COME TO THIS PLACE I HAVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY UPSET THAT YOU WASTED YOUR TIME AND MONEY! COLD FOOD, LONG WAITS (even if you have a reservation)...NOT TO MENTION MANAGEMENT AKA MARIA IS TERRIBLE AND SEEMS AFRAID TO ADDRESS STAFF ABOUT THEIR MISTAKES.

   Even with a reservation we still had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation and we noticed empty tables. There were a lot of birthdays seems like all the servers kept doing the birthday thing. The food was a little cold and the server did his best but seemed to be stretched in between tables. Overall still one of my favorite places to go eat at. Also, no specials on the menu and seemed as the prices were a little higher and the portions were smaller.

    We enjoyed getting Granny (102 years young) out the house. We are new to Charlotte and this is our first time at this TGI Fridays. Not a good idea for Christmas Day. Granny wanted to know where the food was 🤣 Overall we enjoyed it. We got home and realized we forgot Granny’s meds and had to drive back 25 mins and the staff was nice had it waiting at front desk.
