   HORRIBLE RESTAURANT!! When we arrived they stated that they didn't use Open Table and that our reservation was not going to be honored. There were over 1/2 of the restaurant with tables open but they would not sit us. We were lectured when asked about the openings stating that 1) they didn't have enough servers, 2) a section was shut down for a party (they were only using one table in the section), etc, etc. We left the restaurant and will NEVER BE BACK!

   chicken with whiskey sauce was very good as was the fish and chips. service was very good

   Left the Novi location because we were told the kitchen was backed up (plenty of seating but 30 minute wait). Drove 20 minutes out of my area for the $5 appetizer special. Was seated with my adult daughter & infant granddaughter. Placed order to find out we could only get the appetizers in the bar area, but we could get the $5 drinks in the dining area. That was disappointing. Ordered the cajun pasta which was absolutely horrible. Asked for water—which I never received, even though the waitress walked by us 15 times. I guess Friday the 13th is not the day togo to Friday’s.

   I requested a reservation for 25 people. The reservation app only allowed a max of 6 people and only waitlists. I called the restaurant to explain my situation. They would not reserve any space for us. Frustrating not being able to actually make a reservation. The restaurant also wanted to split us across numerous sections. But luck was on our side... A gracious waiter agreed to take us all, across 5 tables! This made for a great experience in the end. Food was amazing, service excellent. Need to work on the reservation concept or call it something other than a reservation.

   The restaurant was great. The service was great. It took a little while for our food which I understand happening on a Friday night. But we had a party of 12 and we asked for separate checks from the beginning. We received our separate checks but somehow after paying and leaving and going to get gas my card was declined. I couldn’t understand why since my bill was only $23. Somehow my card was charged my $23 plus the additional checks then some. I ended up being out over a few hundred dollars for the weekend because there wasn’t anything that could be done at this time until the bank releases back my funds. Again the food was good and the server was very great and very busy but it just stinks that I was inconvenienced all weekend due to the error.

   This restaurant should not be on Open Table, as they do not honor the reservations - instead, they claim the reservation puts you on the top of their standby list. We waited 20 min to be seated at 3 different tables. Then the manager came over and was very unsympathetic. So we left and went to another restaurant that actually honored our reservation.

   Couple servers (not ours) dropped 2 trays of dishes (1 tray each - or at least a few plates) near us it was very loud. Even for a busy night server tried to be attentive.

    Outstanding! Our table was set up when we arrived and we were greeted by our favorite servers, Rob and Angela and Rob. The entire evening was perfect for our family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Rob made it special for my wife. Thank you, we will be back!
