   First hamburger came black and charred and had originally ordered rare. Shouldn’t have left the kitchen incorrect. Remade and came back better! Spoke with kitchen manager and he agreed it should not have left the kitchen. Apologized and felt it was kitchen’s fault. Appreciated the kitchen managers professionalism.

   We had not been to a TGIF's in probably 20 years and now we know why we probably won't be back to this chain restaurant. Service was good, food was ok and unfortunately a 1/2 in piece of metal wire was found in the mashed potatoes. Called over the manager and he wanted to make it right by compensating for the meal. The unnerving part of it was that he recognized what it was from which perhaps suggests it has happened before?? Apparently a wire grill brush. As my friend said, the entire batch of mashed potatoes should have been thrown out. Who knows what happened. Really can't think about going back here.

   Service was extremely slow and server hardly ever came back to check on us. I had to flag her down to even get the check and pay.

   Took a very long time to get our food. Couldn't log into my rewards while there to use them. Food was only okay....nothing great.

   This was a good experience. Met my expectations ... things were just as I would expect from this type of restaurant at this price-point. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad.

    We literally ate here on Friday night as well. I actually came back because the food on Friday was amazing. I got the new queso and, the whiskey chicken glaze nuggets. Both new items. Friday the food came out hot and, the skillet was sizzling. It was amazing. Today the skillet was cold and, so was the cheese and, chicken. It tastes like it had been sitting out for quite awhile. For how long it took to get the food it kind of equaled what it was. 70 dollar tab tonight for me and, my wife for cold food. To say I was dissapointed would be an understatement. I definitely won’t dine back for quite awhile. Had I had the experience I had on Friday 2 days earlier I would have probably been back in another 2 days.
