   TGI Fridays is always a great place to get a solid meal for a square price. Some experiences are better than others but all in all, it is worth it.

   Sorry to say Friday’s has really gone downhill. We used to frequent this restaurant but our experiences over the past year have been horrible. Bad service, poor quality food and lacking cleanliness. Something needs to be done to bring this chain back to the quality it once had.

   There was no hostess present, so our party of 5 stood in the entranceway for 15 minutes waiting for service. They did not prepare for our reservation and did not check me in from opentable. Our server was putting forth the effort but it was her third day and they sat her a 12 top plus our 5 top. Food was very good but there were several mistakes, on top of being slow to arrive. Corrections were also slow. The birthday note made with our reservation was not recognized. Overall, the event was a failure, it took much longer than anticipated and we opted to not have drinks due to the long delays.

   Our waitress was not attentive, the facility seemed not the cleanest, trash on the floor, the drinks took long.

   I choose this Fridays location off of your OpenTable website, but when I got there they informed me that they no longer are associated with OpenTable and have not been for a long time due to Corporate. When the subject first came up about OpenTable the associate was a little snappy about it. They did try to accommodate me with assistance from an assistant manager. Please take this location off your website.

   We arrived and was turned away. We were told that the restaurant was without staff, there were no cooks or wait staff only the manager. Very disappointed it was my daughter’s birthday and she was looking forward of having dinner there..😞

   I think they should be dropped from open table. I actually expected to receive a no show email. No hostess without a wait and when she finally appeared, she knew nothing about Open Table reservations and the restaurant had no computer at which to mark that an open table guest showed up. The quality of service and standard of food is below most open table restaurants.

   TGIF has several vegan options. Hopefully the salad options will include no meat or nuts one day.

   It took a while for our waitress to come to our table initially. She seemed a little overwhelmed but got the job done. The food was good and fresh. I will try again but won’t refer anyone unless I see improvement.

    Waited a while to be sorted when we had a reservation. Then waited a while for a server to acknowledge us. Ordered an appetizer and our food. Pretzels cake out cold and to top it off our main entrees cake out seconds behind it. We ordered loaded fries didn’t get those either. Asked to speak to a manager. Waited 15 minutes for him to come to our table. Explained that I was not happy and just wanted to pay for my drinks and leave. He then took another 10 minutes to bring me my bill for the two drinks we ordered. It was a terrible experience and we will not be back. As a manger myself I would have atleast offered some solutions where he did absolutely nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding this Friday’s.
