First of all, this location does NOT use open table. So we walked in for our reservation and the hostess was stressed because they don’t use the system even though the App says it does. Normally our go to place but the food didn’t have much taste. The ribs were clearly cooked using gas (could taste it in the meet) and then under a warmer too long because the meat was dry. The chicken sizzler over cooked the chicken, that too was dry.

Our experience at TGI Friday’s was horrible. The best thing we ate was our appetizer. I ordered a chicken sandwich and have had better from my dining hall at college. The other entre was awful. Mash potatoes were just plopped onto the plate. The food looked like it had been cooked, sat a while, and then reheated. We will never be returning unless the food is free lol

We reserved a table on line AND received a confirmation, however when we arrived the hostess told us the online reservations don’t even exist?! Waitress was odd...said “yo” and some other slang words when addressing us, I asked for cucumbers in my water & she told me they didn’t have cucumbers...however they were on our salad...she forgot about our desert (seemed like she just wanted her tip and ya to leave) I reminded her about the desert. Took a long time to keep checking on us. I don’t understand why you serve marched potatoes but no gravy (the waitress said you don’t have gravy) Our tv channel changed - for no apparent reason We were watching the Monday Night football game (cuz we were told we couldn’t watch the Sabre’s game) asked waitress to change channel back, she came to us with the remote and replied “here why don’t you just take it” and she was kinda bouncing like she had to go to bathroom or something. Just a crummy experience all the way around. Won’t be coming back and would not recommend.

Very good friendly servers, very good food. It got busy after awhile but service remained good.

We both like to go to TGIF'S every now and then for a quick made. I made reservations with Open Table, but when we got there they told us they haven't logged in to the app that the restaurant needs to use to check, the Open Table reservations in months, so my question is why do they still try to get reservations with Open Table if they don't use it?

We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time. There was quite an extensive line of people waiting for a table who had not made a reservation. We were shown to our table less than 5 minutes after arrival. Booking our reservation on-line was key!

Took an hour to get the food. It arrived cold and some items missing. It was $13 for an alcoholic beverage with no alcohol. We were told a meal would be taken off the bill. It never was. We were just in a hurry to leave so ate what we could. Paid the bill and left. The one waiter was the saving grace because of how personable he was. We won’t bother coming back.

This place is a joke! Ordered a quesadilla, the waitress brings it out and before she put it down noticed it was wrong and said she would have them remake it "really quick"... 25 minutes later Peter is done and we can't find our waitress. Finally flag down another waitress to tell ours forget it, we want to leave. She told us she wasn't charging us for the quesadilla, how kind of you to not charge me for something I DID NOT GET. Avoid this place

It was awful I will never be going back there , the food took what seemed like forever , the server never refilled our drinks , when we did finally get our food and it was cold, tasteless and boring . My date was ruined thanks to this restaurant . If I could give negative stars I would have .
