   They could not find the reservation. Thought it was because there were only 2 people.

   When we walked in, a host got us ready to be seated, but shortly after a second host appeared and asked where we were being placed. Understandable, but then they had a small disagreement in front of us where we should sit. My husband and I were with our 2 young children and just wanted to be sat. Once we were, the server did not show up to our table for 10-15 minutes. If the restaurant was busy, again understandable, but it wasn’t.

   Service was slow and the food was over priced for the portion size. In general this was fine, but not great.

   Restaurant was slightly busy but we sat there for 10 minutes without being greeted, waitress was completely overwhelmed, drink refills took extremely long, steak was way overdone and burger was raw. We barely ate anything and we were there almost 2hrs with 4 people because the food so long to come out. Would not recommend.

   Made a reservation with open table and they told us they do not use this app. Had to wait 30min Service was poor Did not bring correct food

   While our server was very nice, the restaurant is clearly understaffed. We ordered an appetizer that never came. When our food was being delivered, I asked about the appetizer which the server thought had been delivered. The manager delivered a fresh one with our meal at no charge which was nice. I ordered steak and ribs but the ribs didn’t come out. The server eventually let me know that she was trying to get the ribs but by this time the rest of my party had finished so I had it dropped from the order. Someone in my party got pasta with Alfredo sauce. It was weird because it had the texture of the sauce but it had absolutely no taste. The food was mediocre. Not horrible but not great. All in all we were there for 1.5 hours to only get some of our order. Would not recommend til they get fully staffed.

   Fridays did not know that I made a reservation on Open Table when we arrived. They were not prepared. First they shoved all seven of us in a booth for five people. Then we had to wait til they put two other tables together. Our waitress told us that several servers did not show up for work. As a result we waited quite some time before our server could even take our drink orders. The one bartender looked like he cared less about serving us. They were very short of help, and the place was fairly empty. The food was good. I will not go back to this particular Fridays again. It was the same as the last time I was there about a month ago.

   There is just something about this restaurant that is mismanaged. Either they are understaffed or inexperienced or both. We will not be coming back again.

    Only saw 3 servers for the restaurant. [May have been others we didn't see] these 3 were really hustling. Is corporate cutting back on service? Bad choice!
