Sat in bar which was fine. Staff not familiar with open table. Asked several times to make sure they knew I made reservation via open table.

I booked through open table and when I arrived at 1830 on Saturday 30 November at tgi fridays they stated I hadn’t made a booking and we had to wait at the bar until a table became available. Which was about half an hour with my 2 kids. Unacceptable if I’d prebooked. If I was a walk in I would understand. Not Happy as we do like to go there. The kids love it

Hostess overwhelmed by several parties. Waited 20 minutes to be sat in a mildly busy restaurant. No silverware at table. No appropriate dishes provided with our appetizer. Order not made correct. Seemed to be an invonvience on the staff

Had reservations and was told we had to wait 20 minutes even though the restaurant was half empty. Food was mediocre at best.

I booked a table on line and when we arrived they had no record of my booking even though I had a confirmation email. They managed to squeeze us in and I mean squeeze. They were very slow with our drinks orders and we had to ask more than once. We ordered starters and after 40 minutes the started came out they got one of the orders wrong. Then our mains came out and one of the mains was also wrong. No one ever asked us if anyone wanted more drinks and we had to wait for ages when we asked for the bill.
