   I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received on 10/14. I made reservations for a party of 9 for 10pm. I expected the restaurant to be busy but to my surprise it was not. After being seated, we waited 30 min for drinks. After our drinks arrived they were watered down. They were HORRIBLE. Quickly we told our waitress about our drinks. Another 30 min went by no drinks but our food arrived. Some drinks arrived, some did not. I asked for a second drink three times. I never got my drink and it was charged on the bill. ( I did not notice until I got home. I was so upset i just wanted to go home.) There were no utensils on the table when our food arrived and my boyfriends burger was completely burnt (he asked for medium burger). My boyfriend asked to speak to the manager because we were upset with how slow the service was and just our overall experience. She reassured him that she would "take care of it". When we received the bill, she had taken 20% off and left the branch managers business card attached. The worst part of it all is that she did not hand us the bill and she never followed up with us. She just completely disappeared and almost seemed like she left it up to our waitress to deal with. She called herself the manager but from my experience managers don't just get up and leave. They follow through. Again I am extremely disappointed. I really wish things would have been handled differently. For example, at least a 50% discount from our cheek if not 100% and a manager who stuck around and followed through. Our waiter lacked organization skills. She was nice but just seemed unorganized. The lady who called herself a "manager" lacked leadership skills. Again, she never followed up with us and disappeared from the scene once my boyfriends spoke with her. I do not recommend this TGIF. Go somewhere else.

   The food was tasty, okay for the price. Made a reservation for a regular table but when we got there we had to be seated in the bar area where it was much louder at a high top table because they didn't have any regular tables open. Waitress got our orders right, but didn't check up in the table often enough even when we tried waving her down. Ended up waiting at the entrance of the kitchen to ask for our check after waiting 45 minutes for it.

   I really had a good time .My waiter was nice and we had a good time and the food was delicious !!!!!

   The waiter so that I had was not a good waiter or his own kind of people came and he cater to them better than he did anybody else
