   Food came out warm, not hot, like it's been sitting there for a while. Took a really long time to come out too between appetizers and entrees. They had absolutely no other condiments to offer other than ketchup, salt and pepper. I only asked for anything spicy (ie, red pepper flakes) it's a bottom of the barrel choice now.

   Went there for a late lunch on Mother’s Day. The waiter was very attentive. We were surprised how empty the restaurant was considering everywhere else was mobbed. A little pricey for what we got, but everything was prepared well. Overall, we enjoyed it.

   I usually don't mind TGIF its fun and reasonable. But this past Friday's experience wasn't the greatest. From the beginning when I got there and had a reservation for 10 my table was not ready. They say it will be about 20 mins. Kind of pointless to make a reservation. My party and I sit at the bar for about 20-30 mins. Finally got seated and it literally waited another 15-20 mins before I had to get up and go find someone. We didnt even have water at this point. Place our order with a not so pleasant waiter. Once we got our food it was dry and cold. We looked around and the restaurant wasnt even packed. So were not sure why our food was cold. We complained to a manager who had no idea what I was talking about in regards to open table and my points. The manger above him and apologized and gave me some appetizer cards and we did get some of our bill taken down. That is all fine but the experience did really suck. I will give tgif another chance but this was the worst time I had with your restaurant. Thank you

   We loved that we were able to make reservations and that we were seated right away. However, it took us 45 mins to get our food. Most of our order was apps. We also noticed that a table that was seated, ate and paid for their dinner before we got our food. When our food arrived it was hot and delicious. We purchased movie tickets so unfortunately we had to take our food to go and were not able to sit and enjoy.

   Even though we had a reservation we weren’t seated until almost an hour later and after being seated we weren’t served until nearly an hour and some change after that. When we entered the restaurant they assured us that the previous family was still at the tables needed and that our wait time would be 15 min but didn’t get notified that we would be waiting almost 45 more. The food was good but it sucked to actually start eating 2 hours after we originally got there. I wish we were alerted that the restaurant was running behind.

    They don’t honor reservations even though I made one through Open Table. The hostess was overwhelmed and pretty rude. She actually ended up just walking away for twenty minutes while people kept coming in.
