The hostess never had our reservation and said they did not honor open table reservations. Therefore I had to wait for over 40 minutes for a table and then 30 minutes for food.
Poorly run location.
Waitperson was not very pleasant. Food was not warm enough.
Slow service and the waiter did not check in on us to see if we needed anything else.
Food and service were wonderful.
How can a grilled chicken ceaser salad be that bad? The chicken seemed a little fried. There was a hair in my salad and because I was at a business meeting I didn’t say anything. The whole thing was so bland. Unreal.
We came in on a Saturday evening with 6 children 3-16 and although they’re always great in public our young waiter exceeded any expectations we could have asked for.
On point to every potential need/want that we could have asked for! Kudos to management. He is a keeper!!
Saturday Dec. 21, 2019
We waited for our table for 20 minutes, ordered drinks, then didn’t end up eating because they were offering what they even were advertising in the tables and menus.
Very slow service. Birthday lunch ignored by staff.
Emma reminded me why I frequent this restaurant.
It was nice.
Restaurant said they could not contact open table because their computer was down.
Food served cold and was not tasty. Hamburgers were good though. It's not difficult to serve hot french fries, is it?
Our waiter molly was great
Our server molly was very sweet and helpful
The food was a bit disappointing. Not terrible, but far from great.
The service and food was good as it always is, but they never seem to be able to properly check people in with the Open Table App. You can show them that you have one, but they don't ever see it on their system. It's frustrating that it happens every single time.
This is something that needs to be fixed.
The food was ok. The cajun blackened chicken sandwich wasn't very blackened and could have used more cajun.
My husband requested a quiet table for Valentine’s Day and shared that it was at TGI Friday’s that we had our first date 30+ years ago. Friday’s went above and beyond putting us in a secluded section and having roses and chocolate for us. Very special night to remember!
Great Valentines/Anniversary Dinner. The staff made us feel important.
We had dined at 11:30 in the morning and it had seemed that there was some sort of coaching clinic that took up most of the tables, and the staffs' attention- I think you were understaffed for the lunch hour for that event that decided to come over for lunch. It was great except that my "well" burger was medium at best. The Mango-Passion smoothie kept the smile on my face.
Always love to eat here when I visit Minneapolis. We lost our TGI Friday's in West Des Moines Iowa years ago.
Sent undercooked burger back. Was still undercooked the second time. Not edible
Food was good but I made a mistake and ordered ribs and I meant to order baby baby back ribs.
A group of us go out to eat the last Saturday of every month. We loved our server, Elena. She had suggestions for us and was able to answer any questions. We had great food, very reasonable prices and attentive service. Will be going back.
It was the quintessential birthday dinner. My waiter went above and beyond the call.
Our server suggested we join the rewards club, which would give us a free appetizer so we downloaded the app. The chicken nachos we ordered were not very good, but at least they were "free". We had come here specifically for the $12.99 rib special, so that's what 3 out of 4 of us ordered. We had drinks before dinner and wine with dinner. When the bill came we were surprised to see that our glasses of wine were $12 each! Wow! Way too high. If we'd known in advance that the "house" wine was that expensive we would not have ordered it. It cost almost as much for a glass of wine as the entree cost! The ribs were pretty good, and you could substitute a salad for the coleslaw, etc. When the bill came it was incorrect. And when we gave the server our code from the newly downloaded app so she could credit the appetizer, the computer wouldn't let her credit the appetizer and the reduced price on the ribs. She had to have the manager fix it (while we waited.....) She did do her best to keep us happy. All in all, it was an ok dinner but not great and not something we will do again very soon. There are lots of good restaurant options out there that are better than this one.
Food choices were great- everyone got what they wanted. Our server Jordan, did an excellent job with a large group.
Caleb was our server. He was one of the best I have had. He had a great personality, was entertaining, and friendly. He provided extraordinary service.
The Friday's in Bloomington, MN is a great place for a good lunch or dinner. The menu is varied enough to appeal to just about anyone, and the food is really very good. Many of the dinners are heart healthy options, and we've always been able to ask for substitutions or to have something cooked to our preference. Can be lively, and the bar is very inviting ( good happy hour, too ). They have really upgraded this menu, and the service is great. They also have a very good wine selection.
Atmosphere was nice, but the burger could have a little more meat and Cheese.
The value was great, I had an issue with the temperature and the fans in the ceiling in the bar area up there - very uncomfortable to have the air blow in your had for the duration of the dinner. The funny thing is that in the reservation I had the option to select regular seating or high chair at the bar - I selected regular chair, yet they still pushed in the high chair at the bar up there. You realize the discomfort in the area only after 3 or 5 minutes. Other than that, regular TGI Fridays, so if you like what they have as a chain you will like this one also.
there was a very bad chemical smell in the area that we were seated so we asked to me moved. No one reacted so we moved ourselves in order to not get sick from the fumes. Then they forgot about us. Certainly doesn't happen often but it was frustrating.
Normally we have a great experience at this particular location but that was not the case last night. We were asked to relocate to accommodate a party of 12. We were fine with that and were promised dessert to make up for it. After the party of 12 arrived we were basically forgotten about. Our food and drinks came out late, twice we had to remind the wait staff about our orders that didn't come and when we asked for a dessert menu they brought our check instead.
Horrible food, incorrect beverages, and terrible service. I will never go back to this restaurant. How do you mess up a Cobb salad? No onions means no onions. When water is ordered and a diet coke arrives, it should be corrected immediately for both parties, not for just one party 15 minutes later. Getting the ranch dressing when the meal is over really makes no sense. All in all there was nothing good to say about this experience. Live and learn.
Great service! Nice to have service with a smile. Great lunch options!
We were meeting friends for dinner. Was really happy I was able to make reservations. Food and service were great. They have a lot of options on their menu. We had a great time! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Love the staff and the food
