TGI FRIDAYS - Bethel Park
Great food and service. Server was excellent will be back
Got the all you can eat apps. Service was a little slow but we weren't in any hurry so it all worked out. Server was great and kept apologizing for the slow kitchen. Food was good.
Great prices Nd service. Food was excellent
TGIF is still our favorite place to go once in a while. They have updated their menu somewhat which I’m glad. It was to much of the same menu at one point. It was a nice meal and the waitress was very nice. It was a Saturday night and busy so it was noisy. Still a nice meal at an old favorite.
Ordered the Fried shrimp. They were mini shrimp. Not much of a meal. Swapped out the fries for coleslaw which again was very small portion and sour. Had grayish color to it. Was definitely borderline!
My husband and I had an quick dinner date. Very nice!
Waiter was very good. Food portions seemed smaller than they used to be.
The only thing I did like it was very cold in there the a c was on to cold I was freeze could way to get out
It was great and our waitress was great 🙂🙂🙂
Table and floor were sticky, overall the restaurant needs cleaned and updated. Attention to detail by the staff needs improved.
Food was great! The waiter only came by once after we received our meals so we had to flag him down for refills.
Good food. Good service. Good price.
Center cut steak was poor quality. Extremely chewy. Husband said he'd had better frozen fish. Broccoli was terrible. Service was lacking. Table next to us had a major issue and they told them it would be a while before the manager could get to them because they're were two other issues ahead of them. It's a shame. This place used to be great. We won't be going back anytime soon.
Got right in with our Open Table Reservation which was nice since there were quite a few waiting in line. Service was great and food was hot and good.
Waitress could have cleared our table and smiled more than once. She was lazy and didn’t like her job.
Unfortunately, it's not just this TGI Friday's, but most if not all of them are now only using processed chicken in place of real chicken breasts and the quality is terrible. I ordered a Million Dollar Cobb Salad with grilled chicken on it and couldn't eat the chicken. It is compressed, processed, very fatty something-or-other mystery meat that probably has some chicken in it, but the texture is terrible, so I would avoid all chicken dishes at Friday's. You're probably much better off with a burger, steak or ribs! After mentioning this to my server, I wasn't even offered a substitute or anything taken off my bill, etc. He just nodded like he's heard this before. Definitely a lousy dinner.
Good food .. good service
They were very busy but the hostess acknowledged our open table reservation and had us seated quickly. She did a great job under a lot of stress. The meal came fast and was great. Thank you for the great service
Went there on a late Sunday afternoon. Two people in the group ordered the Endless Apps which are now $15 instead of $10. The apps arrived lukewarm at best. The re-orders arrived too quickly and appeared to have been sitting, waiting for someone to order. Nothing appeared to have been freshly made as ordered.
My steak, which was ordered medium well was over cook and chewy.
The service was outstanding, as Breanna was very attentive at all times.
This was not the best effort at this location of TGI Friday's. I'll stick to the Waterfront location in the future.
Steak overdone, remake to a long time, small portion of sweet potato fries, server never brought rewards app.
DO NOT USE OPEN TABLE TO BOOK THIS RESTAURANT. THEY DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. OTHERWISE, THIS IS A PERFECTLY FINE TGI FRIDAYS. I made a reservation for 5 on a Sunday evening (7pm). We were there at 7 and the folks at the front desk were kind of surprised by us. They informed me that they do not use the OpenTable app. However, they were very quick to seat us at the first possible time, which was quickly because it was later on a Sunday night. If this had been a busy time, I don't think things would have gone very well. I did report this to OpenTable, as it does not service them well to have non-participating restaurants on their site. They informed me that the reservation had been cancelled, either because we were there 'too early' or 'too late'. Neither was the case, so I'm sure that was a CYA on Friday's part. I gave 1 * across the board just so people would be aware to call for a reservation and not use OpenTable. Otherwise, this is your basic TGI Fridays. The service was good and the people were nice. Typical Friday's fare.
The only complaint dirty dishes were brought to the table for the appeitzers. The waitress apologized and supplied clean plates
