   We made a reservation via open table. This is the third time they told us their tablet wasnt working. They took us at our word. The service was distracted and slow paying attention to a friend and not making sure our things were correct. We waited 20minutes for the bill. The appetizer was incorrect and missing 2/3 of the items we ordered and came out at the same time are our overcooked steaks.

   When I got to the restaurant they told me the open table reservations wasn’t working. Decided to sit at the bar and the service was absolutely ridiculous waited 45 minutes to get a drink. Steak was undercooked could’ve been wrong. No one even asked how her food was. And waited 45 minutes to get a check

   Made a reservation because we had a party of 6 and it was a Saturday night. When we arrived, the hostess seemed confused when I said we had an open table reservation, but no big deal. We were sat right away but were short 2 menus. Not to worry, the host promised to try to find us some. About 5 min go by and a server says hi I’ll be right with you. So we wait about another 15-20 minutes-our reservation was at 7 and it was now 7:25 and no drink order yet. So I asked the hostess if our server forgot about us, considering we’ve seen 2-3 other tables say long after us with drinks and orders placed. The host comes to our table and replies-she’s getting drinks for another table but she’ll be over after. Wow. That’s it. Server comes over and says okay, what can i get you? I’ll take the whole order if you’re ready. Of course we were ready, we had 2 kids and have been waiting almost a half hour at that point. We put our orders in and wait again. We don’t even get the kids chocolate milk we’ve been waiting for, no waters, nothing. No sense of urgency, no manager to smooth things over, nothing. It’s now 7:45 and we decide to leave. We knew if it took over 45 min to get drinks, the rest of the experience would have continued in that fashion and we had kids that needed to get to bed before midnight. We left as the server was bringing our drinks-finally- it was 7:50 at this point. We said we were leaving, everything took too long and all she said was a sarcastic, “okay.” We gathered our stuff, & walked out the door and the hostess said have a good night. The same hostess I flagged down a half hour earlier to ask about our server. My mother in law said we didn’t have a good night, we’re leaving because we didn’t get any service. All she said was okay. The manager never cared to come over or check on our table or any of the tables in our section. It was a little busy but there was no wait and plenty of open tables. Not one staff member had any sense of urgency or seemed to care.

   To start, I made an opentable reservation and the hostess said they don’t receive them there.. obviously this needs to be adjusted. So we ended up taking a seat at the bar so we didn’t have to wait. There were hundreds of fruit flies swarming us the entire time we were there. Some of the food was decent but for what you’re paying it’s not worth it. My fried shrimp were so terribly overcooked that I couldn’t bit through them. Overall pretty bad experience and we won’t be returning.

   Good food (Ribs) but while the servers were friendly they were spread way too thin.

   Received very poor service. I was in town for my bday and I planned to eat and drink a lot. Unfortunately, our food was cold. Their server put it on the kitchen but as a manager in the restaurant industry. I know the difference between food sitting and food not made properly. Steak was well done only was able to enjoy one drink because server didn’t come back to our table for 45 minutes after ordering our initial food. The manager was very apologetic but I had a horrible time.

   I usually ever come to TGI Fridays Bensalem, but I will no longer be going to this location. Our server was never available and we had to ask others for assistance. We wanted to order a dessert but instead we were handed our check. I had to make it known own I wanted to spend more money. It was Father's day, but it was not yet busy when we arrived. Food was excellent as always though!

    Host was unprofessional, getting snippy frequently with his coworkers in front of customers. Food was terrible. Server was friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed
