TGI FRIDAYS - Bensalem
Received very poor service. I was in town for my bday and I planned to eat and drink a lot. Unfortunately, our food was cold. Their server put it on the kitchen but as a manager in the restaurant industry. I know the difference between food sitting and food not made properly. Steak was well done only was able to enjoy one drink because server didn’t come back to our table for 45 minutes after ordering our initial food. The manager was very apologetic but I had a horrible time.
I usually ever come to TGI Fridays Bensalem, but I will no longer be going to this location. Our server was never available and we had to ask others for assistance. We wanted to order a dessert but instead we were handed our check. I had to make it known own I wanted to spend more money. It was Father's day, but it was not yet busy when we arrived. Food was excellent as always though!
I usually only go here if I have a coupon or reward. Surprised there was no wait
New all you can eat shrimp was very good. Great service and friendly staff.
Host was unprofessional, getting snippy frequently with his coworkers in front of customers. Food was terrible. Server was friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed
Slow service, nachos chips taste stale, find taste like it came from a microwave dinner. I will never in my entire life , or let anybody I know eat that nonsense. Small portions, still was hungry, and very unsatisfied.
Waiter was AWESOME... food was good, could have been a little warmer...
Our server Will was awesome!!!!! The food was great too! Overall a great evening out. I will definitely return.
Had to wait 30 min for meal then it was wrong, had to wait another 30 min we left.

Great place and food is awesome! Was there for my birthday. Waiter John granted all our wishes and was very professional! Will come back for sure.
Server Ashley was great. Kitchen was horrible, messed everything up and it’s not the first time. Ashley was never around but explained to us they have her helping bar girl who doesn’t know what she was doing.
Manager Jessica came over and all she said was Sorry. Not good at managerial duties. Won’t go back
Food was okay, a little overcooked. Service was subpar. They took a while for refills and the chips and salsa. Not very busy so quite surprised.

love the drinks and apps, but the employees there never know what open table is, the manager said they don't do it any more. but app are great
We had an excellent dining experience at T.G.I. Fridays. The Manager Shawn was great about processing our coupon discount and my free birthday dessert. Our server John was outstanding. He was attentive to all our dining needs. He was pleasant and very professional. The food was delicious and filling. The brownie obsession was amazing. So very good! Thank you!

The food was delicious. The service was fabulous. We don't live in the area, but we always return to TGI FRIDAYS in Bensalem when we get the chance.
Got a table reserved online 10 minutes before arrival. Sat on a upper decklike area was nice overlooking the restaurant. Food was ready and hot only think the big ribs was on the skinny side. Drinks was good. Waiter checked on us regularly. Nice time!
Our service was prompt and friendly. I usually love the Sesame Jack Chicken Strips appetizer but tonight it seemed like all breading and very little meat. Everything was served very quickly and our waitress Kate checked on us just the right amount of times.
We were shocked when we got there and discovered our OpenTable reservation is really not a reservation.
Management explained that TJI Friday's corporate considers that only a call ahead even though it says on OpenTable we have a reservation confirmed.
Other people near us were furious and walked out since they have been emailed by OpenTable that it was a reservation.
My wife and I decided to wait and after 15 minutes we were seated. Unfortunately, I asked for a steak medium well and it came out well done. My wife's dinner was cold and had to be taken back and reheated.
The waitress and the managers Rob were great and very understanding. it's not their fault the cook screwed up
TGI Friendly's corporate has to get together with OpenTable and stop deceiving people who think they have reservations when they do not.
Their iPad system, and they didn't inform anyone until people had arrived. The phone kept ringing without anyone answering, so even if you wanted to call to confirm, you couldn't. We waited an additional 15 minutes past our reservation to get seated, and the service was slow, despite the restaurant not being full on a Saturday night.
We were greeted and seated quickly. Our visit was to try the ribs that were advertised. They were great and we were very pleased.
Food great as always. Except for the Sesame Jack Chicken strips, which had a lot of burnt breading on the plate.
Cook unable to get the steak right. Sent back twice and ended up not getting a meal.
Went out to dinner with my sisters. Our first get together in years. Even after using OpenTable we still had a 25min wait. Was seated near kitchen and could see everyone without gloves and touching food with their hands. Onion soup was horrible and our fries were all cold. None of us touched our fries. Do not recommend this place!

Service was POOR. In a room and waitress had 9table responsibility . Party of 6 each person got a meal not all served in one visit. I got mine when everyone finished theirs. Ordered dessert and had to chase manager after no dessert after 20 minutes.
Went for a farewell gathering with friends, for some light fare and drinks. Our server, Tim, was great! Very attentive, and was even a lot of fun. The manager was great with us as well, we were very pleased with him. The drinks were bomb! Def planning on making plans to go again.
first night French dip sandwich was okay not great service was mediocre very noisy with disruptive people at tables next to us.
Tried it again later in the week and ate at the bar. had a great friendly bartender and very good food
It was horrible. I made the reservations at 7 two and a half hours before we got there I also called to make sure we got there there was no tables we had to wait 30 more minutes then we sat down in between appetizers was like 15-20 minutes it was it was horrible and the place wasn't even busy
foord and service very good, been there before. but not on the ball with open table reservation server and hostess had no idea. had to call next day to get my points told me they would give me bonus points for the trouble, but did not.
Great server (Olivia), the menu has been condensed since the last time we were here so it was nice and quick.
The food quality was good, but the timing of food delivery was off. The wine was not the quantity ordered, no utensils were brought to the table and entrees and desserts weren't delivered together (there was two in our party).
Horrible service, waited 40 minutes for a burger, then had to send back. Waitress was never available.
We had reservations through Open Table. It was a packed Saturday night. After waiting 15 minutes and having multiple party of 2 called before us, we noticed those that came in after us were being called while we continued to wait. When I approached the host his response was "I called you already". I tried to clarify neither myself or my boyfriend heard him end we had been inside the whole time. He repeated "I called you already." With no solution or intention of fixing the problem. We left, hungry, angry and won't ever return.

The food here was good but the waiter was terrible. We walked in and got sat immediately but then waited about 5 minutes before someone came over. Once he came over he took our drink order and came back with them in a timely manner and that was the best thing he did. He dropped our drinks off and walked away without asking if we were ready to order, which we were. When he decided to come back and take our order we didn't know that would be the last we would see of him until half way thru our meal. The appetizer came out pretty quickly but then the meals, 2 ribeyes one medium and one medium rare, took forever. I'm unsure of the time we ordered but I know we were in the restaurant for 45 minutes before our dinner came out which seems way too long. Once the meal came out we had empty drinks and my husbands steak didn't have the Parmesan butter on it but mine did and we ordered the same thing. The manager who dropped our food off, offered to fill our empty drinks and get his missing Parmesan butter but never came back. Our server finally came back and checked on the food and didn't ask about needing drinks. He came back again a few minutes later and said he would get us refills and we mentioned the butter the manager never dropped off. She came back soon after that with the butter and almost threw it on the table muttered a sorry and ran away. We finished eatting, got the check and left. The food was good but the service will make me think before I visit this location again.
