TGI FRIDAYS - Aurora (CO)
Took over an hour and a half here. They overcooked my steak and forgot the garlic butter. Redid it and I got it 20 minutes later, still no garlic butter. Asked for garlic butter again, still no garlic butter. Had to pack up all of my meal togo so I could catch a movie at 730 when I got there to eat at 6. No help from the manager.
slacker establishment ! everything was all wrong, gross food horrible service! it was my birthday dinner and the place sucked !!! I was embarrassed to take my friends there and afraid to have my 7 month pregnant girlfriend eat that horrible food!!! the manager was so on friendly and the bar was sooooo slow at getting my friends a few drinks ! stay away
The food and service was good. My issue was we used the ap to reserve a table which the hostess promptly told us she did not recieve yet I had a confirmation number. We waited 15 minutes which was ok, but why have an ap if it is not going to be honored?
Our server was very pleasant. Checked on us several times to ensure that we have everything we need.
The service was lacking there was no hostess to check me in for my reservation. The table wasn't even ready for my party our food was served an hour and thirty minutes after being there, there was no glass wear being used just plastic to go cups only one waitress in the whole establishment. Drinks also took about thirty minutes to be served. Worst experience ever
We got there at 1pm were not seated until 120 our food did not arrive untl 2pm and we had to ruch and eat to be back to work by 230pm. Server was not on top of it and also was late. Not very busy in the place either. Our table was not ready. With reservations??? Bad time
Be careful when booking here. It doesn't appear that they monitor their OpenTable system, so when I book it's never updated until several days later when it automatically adjusts. Otherwise it's similar to every other TGI Fridays experience.
Made reservations through OT, got there and had to argue with the hostess because she insisted they don’t do reservations. I even showed her the confirmation with their location and address
Food took forever to get from the kitchen and you could tell it had been sitting a while. Server was good but admitted it was her third day on the job. Just not 100% satisfied with this experience.
From the minute we entered, staff was attentive to the point we had to wait staff checking on us. Food was great and arrived promptly. The brandy shake was to die for. Thanks.
Rib special was on website but when we went in they said it had ended. They did adjust price after talking to the manager. Food was ok.
Went out of convenience. Very nice wait staff but our meal took an abnormally long time. Dinner was mediocre. About what you’d expect from a chain
Don't bother using this website to reserve a table. I was i formed at the restaurant that they don't even get a notification. I arrived at the time it told me, and still waited 35 minutes. I'm sure not all TGIFridays are bad, but this one in particular, the food was NOT worth the price. I won't be back
Did not honor the reservation I made through OpenTable even with four empty booths and two empty tables on the front right as you enter the restaurant. Will not be coming back to this location because they did not show any care whatsoever
They said they were having issues with reservation system so they could not or would not confirm our resrvation. Fortunately it was not busy so we were seated right away. We tried a couple of the new items on the menu and we're disappointed. Next time I will stick to the tried and true items.
When I first arrived at my reservation the hostess was sort of miffed that I said we had an OpenTable reservation. Said they don't check their online reservations and we're better off just calling, though they generally don't do reservations for two. It wasn't busy, so it was fine- but I don't know what it would have been like if they had been busy. Our server was good and genuine, and we had quick service.
this is tough to rate. Our server was pretty good - she had a hard time explaining the appetizer "deal". Four of us decided to order from the menu, all different meals. My salmon was great, sliders very good, salad & french onion very good, quesadilla not hot. The restaurant was NOT AT ALL BUSY and yet the meals came in two shifts. the first two were almost done eating when other 2 meals arrived - and the first two took too long.
We were then offered a free desert because of kitchen service - and that took so long we almost missed it - we were going to a play. One of our party order a second glass of wine - it took too long considering the few people there.
I would come again because my salmon ws so good but don't think my friends would.
Placed reservation but upon arrival was told they couldn't look up any reservations since their system was down. Waited in lobby more than 20 minutes with nothing happening. No tables being cleared or reset for others waiting along side is. I really cannot rate anything because we literally received no service or attention of any kind while waiting. We finally walked out and across the street to Mimi's Cafe where we were sat and served immediately. No clue what is going on behind the scenes at this location but I will not go back.
We sat at the bar because 1. We wouldn't have had to wait for a table 2. When we got to the bar area, every table was either sat at or, most of them, hadn't been cleared off yet. The bar staff were nice but it took a while to get anything. When we got to the waters to go with our drinks, both of the glasses had things floating in them. We got the $10 endless appetizers and the food was cold and below satisfactory. When we were ready to pay our bill it took a while for the bartender to come back around to just make some change for me. We left our tab on the bar top, I hope she got it!
Chips were HORRIBLE! They had to to be re- done and they were still BAD- usually they are great!
