TGI FRIDAYS - Auburn Hills
No silverware when food arrived. Had to get ketchup myself. Asked for sweetner never came. Food not good. Overcooked& dry. Will not return.
It was very busy at 7 PM with a 30 min wait so we went to the bar. They would not accept the Reservation from your group so we had to wait. I said they should take the app off their app because we thought we had a set time appointment. We did still eat there and it was great. Rib special full slab $13.99 with 2 sides.
This location does not honor open table reservations
Very good experience but when we checked in they said they don't do the OpenTable anymore
Wonderful wait staff and management. Because I don't expect perfection, but I do expect gracious corrections. And this restaurant provided that when my fries were not cooked as requested and a steak was tough.
Got there and they said they don't take reservations even thou I made one on open table. Very very slow service
Opentable has it wrong TGI Friday’s DOESNT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS. But we were seated although there was a wait. Opentable needs to change this on your site.
We arrived on time for our open table reservation, only to be told by the host that they don’t really use open table and she would seat us when she could. I heard her tell another patron the same thing when he came about ten minutes later. She told other people they were backed up because ge bar was busy but no one in the bar had any food. The restaurant was less than half full with patrons seated. The lobby was full of people. After 15 minutes we left because we had two little kids with us and couldn’t wait any longer.
We found this restaurant to be very clean with a very pleasant wait staff. We ordered our food and received it fairly quickly. We were very pleased with this particular restaurant.
Quick dining out meal for the family
Restaurant had no idea that I made a reservation online. Server was unable to be found and was not making herself available to us often enough. Food was great, but burger didn't have mayo like they provided on my last TGI Fridays visit at the airport in Miami. I waited for over 10 to 15 minutes for server to appear and sat there not eating, as I waited for mayo. Food taste alone made it worth trying again in the future.

Do not try to make a reservation here through OpenTable. it turns out to TGI Fridays does not recognize open table so despite having a reservation, when we showed up at the time of reservation, we were told we had no reservation and the weight was 40 minutes. So from now on if you make a reservation through open table you need to call the restaurant to see if the reservation is valid
What's the point of making a reservation if they tell you they are in the middle of a shift change and it will be 15 minutes?? Waitress was overwhelmed with all the tables and wasn't very good.

TGI Fridays does not take reservations, nor do they want to be on open table. TGI Fridays was wonderful and quickly sat us down , however they kindly stressed that they don't participate with Open Table.
When we arrived, was told that they do not accept reservations and was told there was a 20 minute wait. When I told the hostess that they do indeed take reservations and I offered proof, she then went to the manager who then seated us.
Server was nice. Food wasn't as good as other TGIFriday locations. Coleslaw literally had no dressing- just dry cabbage. Cook didn't know the difference between american (orange) cheese & another type of cheese so we had to send the well-done burger back (it was pink on the inside). Drinks from the bar were good.
Have not visited TGI Fridays is awhile. Nice menu changes! Service friendly but a bit slow tonight.
When we arrived the restaurant was half empty but they said at the door it was an hour wait. Thankfully I made the reservation with Open table and they sat is within 10 minutes. They didn't have any sections blocked off but half of the empty tables were waiting somone to clean them. Maybe they didn't have a busser. Seemed odd to make people wait when it seemed like they had a server for each section.
We got our food in a timely fashion and the server was really friendly so no complaints.
The spinach queso dip was luke warm at best and very bland but we were in a hurry so didn't complain.
They would not honor our reservation at all! They were poorly staffed and said there would be at least an hour wait for a table. Totally unacceptable.
