Made a reservation and it was not honor had to wait 45 mins for a table. Order my steak medium well I was brought a steak that was burnt and my jasmine rice was over cook as well.

The table we sat at was very dark and made it hard to see our menus. Maybe because the light was out above our table???!! Also, our server although very nice seemed to have too many tables. The restaurant wasn’t too busy but our food took over 30 minutes.

I had to send a dessert back 3 times that was done incorrectly. My husband’s entree was also wrong

Although this location takes reservations on OpenTable, I was explicitly told when I arrived that they don’t honor them on the weekends. They need to be removed from the platform if that is the case. Waste of my time! I ended up going somewhere else to eat. Will never come back to this location again.

I went here with my entire family for a late lunch on a Sunday for my daughter's sixth birthday. Our server Jae was THE BEST! He is worth the visit alone. He kept the drinks filled, our orders were taken promptly and were 100% accurate. We lacked for nothing but he didn't hover around the table either. The final highlight came when he brought out an ice cream sundae for my daughter, on the house, just because he overheard us wishing her a happy birthday. That kind of attention to detail and service will make me drive out of the way for a meal. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. Lots of options for every kind of diet.

Bad experience. Showed up on time to be told that they’re WiFi was down and all reservations were no food. Told the wait was 25 minutes even though there were lots of open tables. Customer service was very poor and no attempt to assist customers who had a reservation (many people were upset). While I understand issues happen, they had no plan or attempt at a plan to address. I will not be back. Note; I rated all areas because I had to.

We went for my son's 16th birthday and the credit card machine waa down. This was the only thing he wanted for his birthday and people didn't come because they don't carry cash.
