TGI FRIDAYS - Asheville
Service was very slow. I ordered steak and shrimp and a side salad. The salad was warm and after the 3rd time our server went to check on my shrimp (after all of the other food had come out) I finally got it. The table behind us had spilled something on the floor and it was as never cleaned up, leaving a fall hazard.
I was in town with 12 year old granddaughter and wanted a varied menu. Everything was great and we were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for a great evening!
In all honesty, we only went to TGI Fridays in Biltmore Village because it was right next to our hotel and we could walk there. Since we were on our honeymoon, we knew we would have some alcohol with our dinner. To our surprise, everything was awesome. I had the ribs and parmeson crusted chicken combo and it was very good! She had the chicken and shrimp and thoroughly enjoyed it too. We shared a cup of the french onion soup and it's the best we've had in a very long time. Our server was Lexi, and she was wonderful. Our experience with TGI Fridays in Indiana hadn't been very good for a while so we quit going there. I just can't say enough good things about the one in Asheville, NC in the Biltmore Village! Kudos to Josh at the Hampton Inn for suggesting it, and we got a 10% discount for showing our room key! It was a wonderful meal and a fantastic evening.
I want to go back next time I visit Asheville My granddaughter and I shared a good dinner that was good for us.

Waitress was average. At first, they wanted to seat us at s table right in the entrance where everyone entering walked by even though the dining area was very open. We asked to be seated in the main dining room which was quiet and available. We did not understand their reasoning and it would have been most unpleasant. Perhaps host staff could rethink their logic for other guests.
Excellent service & food.
We sat a table ignored for 30 minutes. We will never go back. Numerous waiters passed us and not a single person came to our table. It ruined my moms birthday.
Food was great. Drinks and service not so outstanding this go around.
It was all good as it should be
Everything fine at TGI Fridays but they did not have a reservation for us. OpenTable did you actually make it? I had an email confirmation from you but no record of one at the restaurant. Fortunately it didn’t matter as we went early in order to make a concert. But with all the busy restaurants in Asheville on a Saturday night it could have been frustrating. Next time I’ll phone the restaurant if I want to make a reservation.
Good food, good service.
Had reservations for 4 which was confirmed by Friday's by text two times. Arrived on time, not on reserve list but they agreed to seat anyway. Place was half empty (Saturday night 7:30 pm). All four of us ordered something different. All four dishes were at the lower end of "good" and everyone left food on their plates. The waitress was nice but brought the dining tickets with no standard folder … just the register tickets and stood there awaiting payment.
That night and next day, two of our party had bad stomach problems, may or may not have been related to food.
Place was noisy with kids and certainly not a relaxed, even moderately scaled restaurant. I place my dining experience at Friday's as one of the lowest of any restaurant I have visited in Asheville.
Fathers Day dining and we got seated immediately in bar area. Jack Daniel Ribs were delicious. Drinks were good. Brandon the bartender and our waiter was awesome. He was polite and gave outstanding service. Would recommend.
We both ordered the big rib special and Ribs with Jack Daniel sauce. The ribs were excellent, but the fries were ice cold.
Our waitress was amazing. .. friendly, professional and always checked on us . We ordered Long Island Tea and the drinks were made just as we like them
I would strongly recommended.

We ate here NYE after having to cancel other reservations due to sudden unexpected weather shutting down roads. The staff was very friendly and the service and food were good despite the restaurant being understaffed. They excelled given the conditions.

They would not honor the Open Table reservation. We waited for an extra 45-minutes. This was a very disappointing experience.
Food was delicious and wait service was spot on. It was a little messy and chaotic, though. We arrived at 7:50 for an 8:00 open table reservation. The hostess said they had our table all ready and that they had been waiting for our party of 9 since 7:30, but when we got to the table, it hadn’t been bussed so food and trash were all over the table, in chairs and on the floor. We helped bus the table and pick junk up off the floor so that we weren’t standing amidst all the other diners in the area waiting. Once we got settled in, the food and service was great. Just seemed the cleanliness was a little off perhaps because of busy holiday season. I’d go back and do recommend it.
Food was good and company was great. Waitress stood at the end of table and asked us to pass drinks and food to get them to the correct people.
Restaurant refused to accept our Open Table reservation. Stated that Open Table was not authorized to accept reservations on Thanksgiving.
They seated us “without reservations” but our Thanksgiving could have been disrupted if we hadn’t been early for our planned meal.
Please contact the restaurant to prevent this from happening again.
OpenTable allowed me to book a reservation for my family today at TGIFridays. But the restaurant was not open at the times offered. This caused a real problem since it was a holiday and we had an elderly person with us. Not pleased that TGIFridays didn't check that their opening hours were correctly reflected.
It was good for a few reasons the reservation part cause it was easy to set up and we were a few mins late and they allotted for that due to the traffic around the building. The place was nice nothing to special about it , could use an update . Our waitress was super nice and personal and smart but my issue I had was the endless apps first off commercial explain it way different they it really is and lied about how much it is it said $10 its actually $12 and it's per person so we all originally were gonna do that to have a few extra apps but that would cost $48 in just appetizers and that's insane when a normal meal cost $100~ for 4 people so to spend half in just apps was stupid . Also it had very limited items to pick from you don't get all menu appetizers so we opt out of doing that and two people do decide that as their main meals cause of how stupid it is in price and how it works .... and me and my brother just shared a normal size appetizer between us and ended up costing $81 plus a tip to equal $100 so all in all I enjoyed everything but the promotion and that was the reason we went there and it was a total fail and false advertisement.... very dissatisfied

It took me time before a hostess was even available to seat us. Once we got a table, it took a long while before our server came. Overall, the service was very slow. The food however was fantastic, and better than most other TGI Fridays.
The blood orange cooler was delicious!
The bourbon chicken was delicious and the service was great. Nice bar atmosphere and impressive selection of local beer on tap. Over all good experience. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!
We were traveling and stayed at the adjourning hotel. We both had the Jack Daniel ribs. They were excellent. The side dishes were very good also.
They have an extensive draft beer menu, which I enjoyed.
The server was attentive and helpful.
