   When we arrived we were told they don’t use Open Table so we didn’t have a spot. Felt dirty. Staff wouldn’t seat anyone because they didn’t have servers. Sat in the bar, bartender was nice and pitched in serving. Good was not as described on the menu. Very odd meal for sure.

   I’ve found this place almost never busy and reliable for decent food and drink. Not busy at all after a home football game and convenient.

   Great service and food. The staff was fantastic. The food came quick. The location is great.

   Took 2 hours from getting seated to leaving because food took so long to come out.

   We almost didn't go to TGIFridays tonight because if these poor reviews! People NEEDto give workers a break! It's TGIF! The food was verry good! Even EXCELLENT! We had the pot stickers for an app. Which were very hot and tasty! Then I ordered the Bucket of Bones, ( Ribs, Wings w FF!) It was EXCELLENT& included my request for extra sauce ( I like them REALLLY WET!) lol ~food was HOT, Delicious and more than enough! ( brought some wings home). The ribs were falling off the bone tender as were the wings! My daughter had the Cajun shrimp pasta which was a very large portion and arrived piping hot and also very delicious! My husband had the Full Rib Jack Daniels rib platter w FF & Broccoli! Again delicious! So what's the problem w these bad reviews!??? So, yes, the restaurant is a little worn, & older looking. The staff was a little slow ( NOT their fault) as poor reviews= less business= fewer workers. The three servers there were doing a GREAT JOB! Breena waited on us. Very polite, accommodating and hard working! We were visiting from out of state for a wedding and we just wanted a lighter relaxing meal. That is what we got. So keep up the great job, and I REALLY HOPE locals will give this restaurant another chance! There are soooooo many choices in this area, and similar types foods, it would be a shame if a decent place like this went under because of poor unfounded reviews! I for one am glad we took a chance & ate here! Thank you Breena! Ann Arbor TGIFRIDAYS!!

   This TGI Fridays treats the OpenTable time as a suggestion rather than an actual reservation. We arrived on time for our "reservation," but the hostess explained to us that TGI Fridays doesn't really take reservations. If they know you are coming, they add you to the waitlist, but that's all OpenTable does for you. So we waited.

    We had a very unfortunate experience here because our server spent most of the time sitting in the next booth talking to her friend whose birthday it was. I know this because another server mentioned that guy's birthday. I guess he was a VIP to the people who work at this place & the customers like our table were not VIP's. The server visited our table three times--to take drink order, to bring drink order/take food order & to bring the check. Meanwhile, she spent most of the time seated in the booth across from me hanging out with her friend, the birthday boy. It would have been very awkward for me to ask her directly for our bill while she was hanging out with her friend so I went to the front area & asked them to ask her for our bill. Since she was hanging out with her friend directly in front of our table, I could observe how long it took for her to start working once she was reminded that there were customers waiting for her attention. It took awhile to get the bill. I handed the credit card right away & mentioned her inattentiveness. She fake apologized & spent some more time chatting with her friend before charging the credit card. All I can guess is the server thought she was invisible to customers while she wasn't doing her job (in contrast, I saw many other servers actually assisting their customers while this one was busy hanging out at the table right next to us.) Very poor service & unlikely to return.
