TGI FRIDAYS - Alexandria (Hybla Valley)
The tables in the restaurant were filled with old plates. Very few were clean. We had a reservation and they did not know about it. VERY POORLY Run
It was a good experience. Get them a new iPad so they can check me in. I’ve been there 4 times and cannot get my Open Table points because they can’t check me in. Their iPad is missing.
I was told the food was so bad because they so short staff in the kitchen. It should be a manager there who is trained to take over every hat in that place. Obviously, this manager had no hat on!

Great Evening. I had a party of 12 people & everthing went so smooth.
Service in the bar section was extremely slow this particular nite. Not sure why because the restaurant wasn’t busy. Other than that food was ok.
THE WAITRESS DIDN'T KNOW THE MENU, SO SHE LEANED ON THE TABLE AND VIEWED IT WITH MY WIFE AND EXPLAINED AS BEST SHE COULD. THE WAITRESS DIDN'T CHECK ON US AS SHE WAS TOO PREOCCUPIED W/ HER SMART PHONE.
IN GENERAL, IF YOUR GOING TO USE ONLINE RESERVATION SERVICES, USE THEM. DON'T PROMOTE THAT YOU USE THEM IF YOU DON'T.

My family and I visit the Friday's on Richmond Hwy on 11/3/18. That day was suppose to be special day for my mother 74 Birthday. Our waitress put a damper on our celebration. Her attitude wasn't pleasant, she wasn't engaging with the table, she took our order and she was out, other staff bought out our food, the waitress never said Happy Birthday to my mom, which my mom was wearing a crown, and balloons were tied to her chair, so it was obvious it was her Birthday, the waitress never bought out choices to chose from for a dessert, didn't have that option to order a dessert. On the next day, my mother proceed to tell me, she didn't like the waitress attitude and she put a damper on her Birthday. I was very disappointed. After talking with my mom. I contacted the manger that was present on 11/3/18. She apologize for the waitress attitude. The manger never offered us a discount on our next meal or offered a dessert for our troubles. I believe some of the employees and mangers need to go to a hospitality class or some time of customer service training to know how to treat there customers. If you don't like your job, find another one. The amount spent that night was $238.00 plus a tip, which was a total of $270.00.
I had an gender reveal for my daughter at TGIFridays and I must say the staff was very friendly and tentative to my guest....
We had a large party of 25 and we only had one server helping us. The food came out a little slow but everything was accurate and really good. We ran that poor guy but he had great customer service.
Incompetent service, standard food, Ok value equals to nothing special
Manager was very unprofessional! She was chastising her host and hostess in front of people waiting to be seated regarding causing her to lose money based on how they were seating patrons.
The service here was great! We brought a group of 50 and they did an amazing job accommodating us!
We were greeted well and seated immediately. Our server, Lex, was awesome! She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Made excellent food and drink recommendations to us as first time diners and checked back to ensure all was going well. It was a pleasant experience for a casual evening. Will definitely return.
I made reservations and well enough we got there we still had to wait quite some time for seating. The restaurant was empty so I don't know what the problem could have been. Then the server with everybody meals took too long. My sister said drinks tool long, kids complained of being hungry. We couldn't eat together because food came out 1 by 1. The girl you could tell was not use to large groups with large orders. She was given out other people food assuming the endless apps wanted to be shared for everyone. Everybody at the table complained of long food service. The drinks took longer to get than the food. It was my daughter graduation after party that day. I didn't care for the service and prob be awhile before I eat there again.
My experience was awful!! When I arrived to the restaurant, they didn't have my reservation and looked at me crazy until I showed them my confirmation email....I wasn't seated until 6:30pm a hour after my reserved time. Then to top it all off, my waitress was terrible. She had a nasty disposition about herself, she slammed the plates for appetizers on the table for us to distribute ourselves, the service was slow and our food came out warm verses hot. I couldn't understand what the problem was being as though it wasn't even busy in there!! I was there with family and friends to celebrate my daughter graduating from high school earlier that day and we planned to celebrate there. Instead our celebration was ruined due to poor customer service!! I was disappointed and very angry that my child had to experience this on her big day!!!!
Had a reservation and took about 20+ min to get seated in a half full restaurant. We waited for over 10min for our drink order, so we figured we might as well just get everything ordered because we didn't want to wait for however long before she came back... The food beat the drinks to the table... Our server was actually very nice and the food was pretty good. But, they seriously need to either get organized or get some leadership in there.
Our waitress was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The Pecan Crusted salad was VERY GOOD and plentiful. My friend enjoyed her salad also but I can't remember the name of the one she ordered. I was surprised that the 'free meal' coupon (from MY accumulated award points) was not applied to my salad but to the lower priced salad my friend ordered and she is not a Fridays award person. When we brought that to the waitresses attention she said the register automatically applies the coupon to the least expensive meal. I thought that was not right but we didn't bother to take it any further. I guess in the future, if this is the way Fridays handles the coupons, I will ask for separate checks so my coupon can be applied to my meal.
Had a reservation @ 10pm, waited until almost 11:30 for the food. The place was not even busy. Although our waitress was nice & very apologetic.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We asked our waiter for simple things more then once and never got them. Things like silver ware, napkins, water. We order the endless apps but never got a chance to order a second round since our waiter never came back after delivering the first plate. 25 minutes later we finally flagged down a manager and just asked for our check. It took another 20 minutes to get our check and then the check was WRONG. We were told they would fix it, during this time my husband was able to go to an ATM to get exact change for the bill before the bill even made it to our table! We love us some TGI Fridays but this location is a NO GOOD for us. On a lighter note, the bar area seemed to be doing very well.
Me and my husband ordered the endless appetizers with a cherry limeade slush. Never got a refill on the drinks and our second round of appetizers were still frozen. The end
After being seated it too 30 minutes and a manager for us to get or drinks. But once we started getting served it was good.
They did not have staffing and we end up in there for over 45min before our order came. When it the meat in the ribs were gone. The mgr of the kitchen came out, saw it and said did I stick my fork in to see if it was meet under the bone. He too my entire plate and I had to wait over 20 to get the ribs. They brought them out with no jack Daniel sauce or my sides. An additional 15 min before I got the sides and the sauce never cane until it was time for me to go. The manager never came over to apologize. I had planned a 20 seat birthday celebration on Sat 25 at 6:30. I asked the bartender to please cancel that due to the way I was treated. I a birthday celebration at OTI with over 40 ppl. Everyone who knows me know that Fridays is my favorite place to dine. This is the 2nd time I have had poor service at this location. November 6, 2016 my sisters birthday as well. The service was so poor and I was truly bewildered by the outcome of her celebration. The manager need to attend another class on how to manage, hire and speak to a customer when they feel that they have taken the time to come out and support their location and work on hiring ppl that will come to work instead of friends of a friend. These 2 occasions has made me second guess why I love Friday's.
