I had the ribs and they were falling off the bone. Very delicious and my cotton candy martini hit the spot!
Happy hour great drinks food and service at bargain prices. Server was very attentive checked on us often.
My boyfriend and I had another great time. Our server was great, he was attentive and brought everything we needed really fast. Will continue to visit this Fridays.
It was a pleasant experience. The food arrived in a timely manner and the quality was good. Waitress kept checking to make sure we were very comfortable

The waiter Devin made this a great dining experience. He was welcoming, friendly and very attentive he checked frequently. He chatted with his guests like he was really having fun enjoyed being at work. The ribs and mashed potatoes were excellent and the coleslaw was the way I like it not runny with just s little mayo. The dj is back playing tunes with a nice beat
We really had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Chanel took very good care of us.
Family birthday gathering for 20 year old food was plentiful and tasty. The waiter was very good we didn’t have to ask for drink refills extra napkins or plates

Restaurant was less than half full, waited over an hour for food to be served. Second time we’ve had a bad experience in less than 6 months. Won’t be returning.
The wait staff made this a memorable dining experience Lisa and Antonio checked on me often. Lisa did not mind helping even though she was not assigned to my table.
We had a special family event celebrating an occasion that was very important and endearing. The manager and staff provided exceptional service which contributed to all of our fond memories. Thank you Bassem for being a great server.
Somehow, the restaurant didn't get our OpenTable reservation, even though I had it on my phone. More unfortunately, the restaurant was understaffed, even without our party of 7. That said, the host staff did everything they could to accommodate us, including giving us an excellent server with backup from some of the others. Food was really slow coming out of the kitchen, but once it arrived it was up to the standards I expect of Friday's. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food.
The server didn't seem well trained and was very slow. The manager had to get involved when a mistake was made on the check. We normally go to a different Fridays and the experience is much more professional. The bathroom was also a mess.
Our server Whitney was friendly and courteous. We had a great family dinner thanks to her.
I really injoy myself for my birthday. I had a lot of fun with my family and friends. But I will be back for more fun at Fridays

This was so terrible. Dirty restaurant. I made a reservation for 8 of us and they never seated us. Also, they never called me to say that they could not seat 8 of us. Awful.
They ruined my daughter's birthday with their poor service.
Hostess and waitress were nice, but service was slow and food just so-so. As I drove, I didn't order a drink but husb. wasn't impressed by his. Still better than having to cook. 😄
Cold night but seated in the side addition to the restaurant, not properly heated. Very noisy, especially when the volume of the music system was greatly increased! the waitress had a table next to us with five very noisy women friends, we felt neglected. and the soup and sala we ordered for us to have ("as an appetizer" prior to the main courses0 took forever to get to us. When the five ladies all wanted separate checks the process of attending to that further delayed our meals' delivery and thus the main dishes were consequently substantially delayed. The foo9d was good.
I thought it was going to work out great. We had a reservation through Open Table and were seated fairly promptly. Our server was great about getting our orders in. The problem came when she never came back to refill our drinks, actually, never came back at all unless we motioned for her to come over. We asked for refills and were told the kitchen was out of glasses. The problem came when we kept seeing trays full of drinks coming out of the kitchen from other servers. We finally asked another server for refills. The manager came out and took care of it. We told him what we had been told...twice, and he was more than embarrassed and got refills to us. We even had to flag her down to get our check. The food was not bad, but the service left a lot to be desired. I don't usually say anything about poor service because everybody can have an "off" day, but this was pretty bad. Hopefully the manager will have this server retrained in customer service.
Everything was good , but at 9pm a dj blast music. I haven't been to a Fridays in a while, but the music is out of place and it was only rap music. When did Friday's attempt to become a club ?
