Texas Roadhouse does not understand what Open Table is or how to manage the application. You request a time, and can still way 30-45 min past your elected time for a table. What is the difference between that and just showing up to the restaurant without the application. Open table should drop restaurants like Texas Roadhouse because they do not follow OpenTable policy.

Got in. Still would be 10-15 min wait. But it was less time then most due to using app gave us service first. Bar had empty seats so We sat there instead. Kristen was the PM Bartender. She was lovely. Obviously knew the menu well. Our drink were great, food was good as always. She checked in as food was being delivered and noticed before we said something that there was something missing. Which she immediately changed. Typically sitting at a restaurant bars your food service isn’t as good. Not the case here!! She was attentive, friendly, And level of attention was great. If it’s just us on date night again would sit back at bar anytime.

The online reservation is just a facade. Does not apply in reality. I made a reservation online last Sat night and we waited 1/2 AFTER the reserved time. System does not work it’s simply a ploy to get you in the door when you are hungry and realize it’s too late to go somewhere else. Won’t do it again!

Food was really average and was tasteless Glad I added onions but these were too salty and I could eat salt from the shaker. Won’t rush back

We actually got seated earlier than we requested. 4 people in a small booth though. Would have liked a bigger table. Service wasn't very good this particular visit. My daughter's steak was undercooked, dip that came with the looming onion tasted old like it was in a walk in cooler not covered. Asked for extra croutons w my salad, did not get them. Asked for extra sour cream with potatoes skins, also didn't get them. ALL of our silverware was dirty. Visibly caked on food bits. I'm so disappointed with thisvisit
