Have been to a couple of different Texas Roadhouse restaurants and this experience left us feeling it will be our last trip. Service was subpar, we had to go to the bar and ask for forks, knives and napkins after our appetizer was brought out. Had to ask for bread for the table as well. Pulled pork sandwich seemed like they forgot to pull the pork, there was just a large dry chunk of meat. Macaroni and cheese side appeared to be out of the box kraft cheese and macaroni. Steak was fatty. Sides were cold. Disappointed with the complete dining experience.

We used the priority seating on open table and only had to wait 15 minutes. We got service right away. Drinks are really good and very fairly priced. Food is great quality and we always enjoy ourselves when we come. Desserts are great too ! We love it here and always come back!!

Great customer service and priority seating was top notch! We arrived late and still got seated with 10 minutes of our arrival time. Our server was prompt, courteous and professional, definitely planning to go back!
