   This was our 2nd time at the Tyler location and it was over the top amazing both times! Extremely excellent customer service, quick, and on top of everything we needed! We will always come back!

   This restaurant had fabulous service, that I can say truly. But the food was not my cup of tea. Every type of meat being served was very "gamy". Meaning it had a flavor my husband and I thought was not pleasant. I also didn't like that the meat being served was cut for each person, circling around to different tables, in close proximity to each person. A sneeze, cough, or "spitty talker" could affect the meat and I didn't like that.

   I purchased the VIP card some time ago only to learn that is supposedly not accepted on Fridays and Saturdays. We got a corner table at the very end of the restaurant and the meat did not come by until we notified our server. Tables on the 'outskirts' don't seem to be served as well as more centrally located ones. Later that night, two of our party of four had stomach issues - not sure if that is to attribute to the restaurant. Overall, we had more much more pleasant stays at your restaurant than last Friday before. I love your restaurant but last Friday was a disappointment, unfortunately.

   We love Texas y Brazil. One thing--the service is always so friendly and outstanding. The food is wonderful--best salad bar of all time. I don't like rare meat, and some of it was a little bloody, but the overall experience and food is delightful. A great place to dine.

    For dietary reasons we ask for "well done" meat and it was only available for one cut which was good. We usually have a good experience, but last night we were unable to be accommodated. We were told there will be more "well done" coming for filet and house picanha, we asked twice and waited for 30 minutes and it never came so, unfortunately we were forgotten. The salad bar was good as we have come to expect, and the service was good (great if we didn't have to ask for drink refills). The restrooms are very clean! The staff is friendly and we believe they try to make a good atmosphere.

    Had an amazing g dinner with my girlfriend, we enjoyed an amazing meal from a great staff, strongly recommend for a special occasion or a night out, we were quite full so make sure to bring a full appetite.

    This place was fantastic! They made our anniversary a truly magical evening. This place will definitely be where we go for this very special occasions. If you want to taste mind-shatteringly delicious food I cannot recommend this place enough!

    I’m not one to write reviews, but I told my husband at the table that maybe I should be a restaurant and food critic because I can see and feel how things are… With that being said, we were so excited to go and enjoy a nice evening on our 20th anniversary. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy it at all. There was a big party and the excuse for not bringing us food to our table. We also asked for well done and it never came. We purchased a discount card last year as well for our anniversary and did not Have the opportunity use the card..being that we care for our 85 year old Mother. The card did not have an expiration date we were told we could not use it, so our poor experience cost us $200 :( I hope nobody else goes through this. I bless the restaurant and the employees and hope they can better their services for others.

    Our server was not attentive at all. We ran out of drinks on several occasions. We paid $9 for soda that was refilled once for one person and never for the other. He was never around to even ask for things. He didn't ask child's age and just assumed he was older and charged adult price. I don't like paying on the tablet with the server right there either. I felt obligated to tip him well even though he did not do good because he was standing there watching me. If I went again and had him for a server, I would walk out. The servers coming around with the meat were excellent. They came so often, even if our cars was on red just to check. We loved them!

    It was very busy tonight. I did not see one employee who was standing around or refuse to each other and guests. The entire team were working as one tonight! We had excellent service, the food was fantastic and we had a very fun nigh. Our server was the best and she had us laughing most of the night. It was a wonderful date night for us. All meats were cooked perfectly, the Goucho’s were hustling with smiles on their faces, and Cindy and Beau were everywhere in the restaurant making sure all guests were happy. Thank you everyone for making our date night relaxing and fun even though we know it was very hectic for you.

    The lamb selections were extraordinary. Some on the beef cuts were over salted. The salad bar seemed to be lacking. And a couple of times the server passed me by at the table. Overall good meal but I would not recommend thus location

    Caroline was an amazing host she was very attentive and made sure we were taking care of from the time we were seated until we left. We traveled to Tyler to try Texas De Brazil and she made sure we had an great experience.

    The food and service were great. I don’t like the fact that our water told us how bad the tap water was but did not tell us we would be charged for the bottled water. He made it seem as if the bottled water would be given to us because their tap water was bad. The Meat Staff was amazing.

    The food and service were outstanding. my only complaint is the water they initially served us was tap water that tasted awful and dirty. they also made the sweet tea with this water and as alternative offered us bottled water that ended up being 7$ a bottle for a table of four! not very happy with that but otherwise, it is a nice place

    We have visited this location several times and it's been great. We decided to bring first time friends to the restaurant and we had an usual experience. First they booked us a high table which was very difficult to get in and out of. They had to replace the chairs since we had a senior with us who was uncomfortable with no back support on the chair. It felt as they sat us at the bar. In my opinion they should've asked if we wanted a high table instead of a regular table. Second we arrived they asked us what level of cooking we wanted. We said medium well. Most of the meat that was being brought to us was med rare. We had to request several times the fillet mignon because both times that it was brought to us it was med rare. On a positive note... The parmesano chicken was great.
