We went for Father’s Day and obviously we knew it would be busy, but they had overbooked themselves and not managed reservations well. We checked in 15 minutes early, were told they had no clue when we would be seated and couldn’t even give an estimate. We waited 20 minutes after our reservation time which wasn’t bad, but then were told we only had 1 hour to eat and it took about 20 minutes to get any meat, although we got salad bar right away but obviously not what we came for, my husband was just mad because we had several people with meat pass us and act like we weren’t even there. At the end we literally had to start asking for the cuts of meat we wanted to try and it wasn’t til the very end that we got to try the meat we had come to try. I get it was a holiday and people were busy, but if they had been more friendly and if the front staff wasn’t complaining so loudly, I wouldn’t have minded so badly.

We went there for the first time for Father’s Day. I was pretty impressed with the whole experience. From our waitress being on top of things to meat coming consistently. The flavor of the meat was amazing! The cheese bread was amazing! All in all it was a great experience. Be careful when you order dessert as it was not part of the all you can eat and we ordered 4 just for my husband and I! lol… That added $40 to our bill. Had our waitress told us we definitely would not have ordered that much but oh well, we took it home and will enjoy it later. Great price for all you can eat GOOD meat!

Terrible customer service!! The host called my name for a party of 2 we walked up to the host and she proceeded to tell me that she already called my name I said yes that’s why I’m here talking to you now so I can be seated she looked at me and says oh you didn’t come up fast enough so we gave your table away mind you it took me 20 seconds to walk back up to the host station. After five minutes of scrambling around, I asked them so what should I be doing right now the lady with a short bleached hair told me just wait You did not come up back up so now we gave your table away very rude and very aggressive at this point you were going to leave, but my boyfriend really wanted to eat here When we were seated we were greeted with another host that told us that we only had one hour to enjoy our food. It had been already 25 minutes before them eat came and I decided to say something the gentleman in the black suit told us we were OK to stay the rest of our time because we paid for one hour and 45 minutes and they said we were OK. I just thought that was a little weird. I know they were busy but it didn’t make sense to me all in all the food looks great. I just wanna say that the service was awful. Turns out that the young lady with the pigtails gave the table away to the wrong person and that’s what the confusion was. It had nothing to do with me.

I recommend not to go to Father’s Day dinner…. I was doing lunch Friday with friends it was good service so I made reservations for Father’s Day and they told us we have one hour to eat and leave but as server carry around for meat to served each meat took us at least 20 minutes each and Only had three servings of meat but the cuts of meat was very little pice because I want to have different cut meat and when I want to have meat for medium it even took longer so actually I have two cuts of beef and I took one of my husband sausage so…. For price I paid for 2 dinner $ 170 it wasn’t worth it …. Anyone who want to go Texas Brazil place go at lunchtime not dinner time

I don't know if it was because it was father's day and busy... but it started off HORRID with the blond, short hair hostess who lied and said she called my name, when I was 2 feet away from the check in table AND another person said, that their checkin showed that we were seated. She was very standoffish. Our server barely checked on us and had to keep asking for a refill of our water, considering they ran out of bottled water... food was ok

The service was outstanding. The food was fabulous. I thought it was a good value. The best salad bar in the area.

We’ve been multiple times and enjoyed our meal. This time the only meat that was decent was the chicken and flank steak. The sirloin was tough or fatty and chewy. It’s a lot to pay for a meh meal.

The food was wonderful. That’s where the positives stop. Getting a drink refill was so hard, and the meat stopped coming way too soon, even with our cards on green. We had to basically beg to get them back over. We felt like we were an inconvenience the whole time, not like guests. Servers hated their jobs and were so stressed out. Several rolled their eyes at us and acted like we were a problem despite us being so patient and grateful. Paying was a nightmare and they treated us like we were trying to dine and dash. The whole experience was sad. I paid a ridiculous amount to feel guilty for making people serve us and some of the party left hungry still. I sadly will never return after this experience and this used to be our favorite place to celebrate big!
