   Hello recently visted store in Sawgrass mall for Mother’s Day . First of I’m not sure what menu item was different for Mother’s Day then any other day!? There’s was no lobster bisk, no fish stew , no potatoes in cream i asked several times for the items to be put on. But after going back 3 times to check we gave up on looking . The tables are very close to each other and could not walk through them despite us having a compact stroller . The service felt rushed. We also wanted to have 4 more guest join our party but was told absolutely not by the waiter and that there was a 3 hour wait . Lastly , the only meat we received was picana and Parmesan chicken , no fillet was offered or any other cut of meat. The meats were very salty so much so that my wife even had to drink water in between her meal. Which i have never seen her do as she never drinks water with meals for health reasons. Overall bad experience and we left sadly disappointed.

   Very pleased with atmosphere, service, food quality, salad bar and delicious meats. Would highly recommend.

   Service was the worst I’ve had since the restaurant opened. We were not greeted, waitress could not speak English and was not able to provide correct drink orders, requests, etc. only 2 meats passed by our table- filet Minion never came by despite requesting it. Food on the salad bar was good though.

   It was freezing. Way too cold for our whole group. The food was good.

   I've been to many Texas de Brazil locations, and this was the worst! Water down beans, to serving jalapeño soup, you will never see that in Brazil, I am from there. Terrible service, manager didn't care about feedback, arguing with my opinion instead, he is not from Brazil. I've been in 49 states in this country, I am well traveled person, I eat out a lot. This place disappointed me, I just hope if someone is going out to eat Brazilian food for the first time at this location, please don't believe Brazilian food is like this.

   I’m not sure if it was due to their Easter brunch menu, but there wasn’t much variety. The restaurant was clean. The picanha was the best cut of meat offered, it had the most flavor.

   Consistently good service and quality, always feels like we received great variety and value for the price. enjoy earlier dining - less crowded, quieter , and leisurely meal.

   Dear [Restaurant Name] Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent dining experience at your Brazilian rodizio restaurant. I took my nieces there, hoping to enjoy a diverse selection of meats as advertised on your website. Unfortunately, from the moment we sat down, the experience was far from satisfactory: * The manager greeted us initially but never returned despite our subsequent requests. * The meat selection was limited to about five choices, a far cry from what was advertised. * The meat quality was unacceptable, ranging from almost raw to completely burnt, with little to no seasoning. * Our requests for medium or medium-rare options were ignored. After an hour of barely eating and feeling completely neglected, we left hungry and $400 poorer. I was embarrassed by the entire experience, especially since I had hoped to treat my nieces to a special meal. We ended up ordering pizzas elsewhere to satisfy our hunger. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the dining experience for future customers.
