I went there last night on Thursday for my daughter’s birthday and the restaurant wasn’t even busy service was slow. Used plates were never picked up off our table and the same 4 meats was on rotation. They ask what was the occasion and I told them it was my daughter’s birthday thinking they would do something for her but nothing happened. Place has gone down tremendously and for the same price point I rather spend my money at Chimas.

I am absolutely appalled at my experience at this restaurant. Our server was very inattentive, large portions of time when there were no gauchos roaming the restaurant serving the guests, and the worst of it, most of the meat that came out was RAW, not rare, RAW. As I usually do at this establishment, I ask for a particular type of meat which was going around the restaurant, but to no avail. For the sausage in particular, I saw it go around the restaurant a few times, but it never made it to our table. I never complain to managers, but this evening was so out of control, that I did. I spent $225 for a party of three, and I expected a lot more than what I got. The manager seemed as though he was somewhat concerned, but in the end, it didn't make any difference in our experience, as they continued on with the same lack of service. I even pointed out to the manager that at that very moment he was with us, there were no gauchos on the floor and all of them were in the kitchen. Save your money and go somewhere else. Heck, outback would have been better, and at a fraction of the price. In the end, I paid in full for this disappointment, and included a 20% tip, because that wasn't why I complained, I just didn't think that in today's economy it was something to sit silent about, just grinning and bearing it.
