The food tasted as good as usual, but service was unusually slow! Maybe because it was Father’s Day. But it took longer than usual for meats to come around, our server to refill drinks and to bring the sides for our table.

I am not one to complain, however our experience was so disgusting I feel a duty to share. This was supposed to be my Husband's Father's Day gift. A meal at Texas De Brazil is a splurge it is not a cheap experience and I knew this heading in to it. Everything I am about to share was relayed to the manager on duty who never once apologized. First we were seated under an air vent that was dripping water. It dripped right down the back of my neck. The mangers response to that bit of information was "there is nothing we can do about that" but she did come out with a broom and rag which she proceeded to wipe the vent and said"The only thing is to do this every 30 mins" which in the hour or so we there it was never done. Second we were asked by our server how we liked our meat cooked. We asked for medium rare and never once was offered meat that was cooked that way. We got offered well and rare which in actuality raw. We were there at dinner time which is more expensive because of special items offered at that time which we never saw come out of the kitchen (example leg of lamb). Third of all though we were seated right next to the kitchen servers passed and circled the dining room with meats and would offer us last or pass by. The manager's response to this was "I will review the tape". This gave me the feeling that she was challenging what i was saying because I was not telling the truth. I want to make it very clear that I started off my conversation stating that I was not looking for anything but I just wanted to make her aware. I hate complaining and I was already feeling upset about talking to the manager and the fact that my gift to my husband had been a total failure. The manager's handling of our conversation made me feel absolutely disgusted and wanting to cry!!

Best food with incredible service. We eat here at least twice a month. Can’t beat their VIP program for best value. Amanda and her team always make the experience special.

Went for Mother’s Day. Food was good. Premium cuts come around less frequently of course, but even the less premium cuts were well seasoned and cooked well. Service was excellent.

Amazing food - the picanha and other steaks are tasty. Love the salad bar and all the side dishes. The drinks are pretty good too.
