   I have gone here many times n the pastor birthday, anniversaries and such. This time the majority of the food was underdone. It seems as though they were just under prepared so they good the food too fast making the outer layer way over cooked and the internal temps so under cooked some meats appeared so raw that the cutters took the meat of our plates and took them back into the kitchen. This was also the longest wait between meat being provided that I have ever dealt with and sometimes I had to flag folks down as they walked by our table with meat. Why not just drop a piece on our plate on your way to where you’re going? I thought that was the idea. I am fine with waiting, and u see stand if meat was promised to another table however at some point several meats were walked by us to other tables and that is frustrating to other tables not only mine that were waiting. At one point the manager was sweating up a storm trying to cook the meat while working the front of the house. This may have just been a bad night where several people decided to call in at the same time.

   Extravagantia! This was a great dinner and first time time for my date, amazing.

   we usually love Texas to Brazil but I’ve always gone early in the evening. Last night we went about 745, spur of the moment but with a reservation. Many tables were empty but we were asked to wait before sitting down. Our server forgot to bring the drink we ordered until well into the meal. Rolls were rock hard and obviously left over. In the past I usually have so much food being offered to me that I can’t even decide. We had to ask our server several times to please have food brought to our table. I said with rice and mushrooms on my plate until they were cold along with the provided sides. The server did offer to comp us coffee due to our less than perfect experience, but even that was lukewarm when it came. I have never had a bad experience here before, but I certainly would rethink going there now or at least would go early when the food is hot and plentiful. Very disappointing for the price also the bathrooms were out of order, locks broken, and paper towels all over the floor. We did not have a good time!!- although my company was pretty terrific in spite of the disappointing experience

   Great place. Love all the amazing food here. All the meat is beautifully prepared and the salad selection is just amazing. You def get the bang for your buck.

   We arrived early for our reservation. They seated us promptly a party of 4 adults. We were seated in the section behind the bar. Our server was prompt. Took our drink order. We went to the salad bar. Which is wonderful. The salmon was amazing. When we returned to the table our drinks had not yet been delivered. I did notice our server was covering the entire room. There were maybe 8 tables with larger groups 8 - 10 peopleeach. We were the smallest group. She was in the weeds and handling it well. There was another section on the other side of the restaurant and it was very full. The gentleman with the meat would come out of the kitchen that was on the other side. They would occasionally make it to our side. Once they made it too our side the table of 12 in front of us. Would generally get what they had left. No one at my table were offered more then 3 items. I ate off the salad bar mostly. Our poor the weeds server was so busy we had to ask more than once for the same refills. I try really hard not to use public bathrooms. I assumed that at 50+ per person it would be safe. I was unfortunately incorrect. The bathroom was on the larger side. Three stalls. Two of which were out of order. Most of the light bulbs were burned out. The one working stall had two broken toilet paper holders. The paper was sitting on a make shift shelf. All in all disappointing. I think I expect too much from restaurants in Rochester NY. I did not let my server suffer for being in the weeds. I tiped 40% because she deserved it.

   My experience was fantastic the staff, service was amazing and the food was delicious. I am a regular customer and I highly recommend Texas De Brazil.

   Excellent service-tremendous food…way more than we could’ve ever hoped for and open on Christmas -a very special special day and very special restaurant.
