   The service appears to be a basis, I noticed that a certain people seated in certain preferred areas I had to request a preferred seating and was asked to go back to waiting area when seats were in plane sight available. I had made reservations as I always do. We do plan on making reservations at this location anymore. We will frequent the same type of service in Irvine Spectrum, where they have a outstanding salad bar, outstanding service and shows no preference to different people. I will continue to drive all the way to Irvine to get the service that all people deserve.

   Food/meat excellent but not all bbq meat servers came to our table. But overall great!

   The food was pretty salty, the chicken that was served was all bone with no meat. I had to go back several times to the salad bar because they kept running out of things. Had to wait a long time for the check even after we asked for it. I was surprised because I have been there several times in the past and did not have this kind of experience.

   Always very good food at Texas de Brazil. However, the meat sometimes do not circulate as much we would have wanted to although if one asks our server, he would request it for us and the particular meat cut would come. We always go back there for special occasions.

   The whole experience was awesome from the decor, service and food. The protein never stopped and kept coming. The food was very good and protein very tender, a wide selection on the salad bar and the sides table with the exception of the scalloped potatoes not refilled during our meal. Had to change my appointment 3 times due to my wife’s flight delays but the changes were painless and accommodating. We arrived and were seated right away. Our waitress was awesome in our service and especially myself due to I suffer from ptsd from the Army, and I have to sit facing entrance and get severely uncomfortable with strangers to close. Our waitress noticed that a family next to us in that their children were moving all around the lady behind myself and made very uncomfortable and edgy. I had not informed her of my personal issue but she noticed, she asked them to be seated and stop running about. Situation corrected peacefully, and I thanked her.

    Overall, our experience dining at the Texas de Brazil spot in Rancho Cucamonga was absolutely fantastic! We usually go to the one in Tustin, CA, but decided to switch things up this time. The restaurant was bustling, and the waiting area was a bit cramped, but everyone seemed to be having a great time. The hostess was super friendly, the service was top-notch, and the food was simply delicious. The only downside was that the restroom wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Hopefully, the management can make sure to keep it tidy and well-stocked, especially with so many customers coming through.
