The way they handle the salad bar now is that they place a piece of paper on your table and have you check off what you would like to be brought to your table. This worked out well.
Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff...my 1st time there and it was perfect!
very good would highly recommend. A little pricey but would try it again
We were stuck up next to a window and it was very hot and uncomfortable. Less than half of the advertised meats ever made it to our table. This was our first visit and for the money it went poor. We have heard great things from others that have been there and would hope we just hit on a bad day! Unfortunately this was our anniversary and i would not be able to recommend from our visit.
Meal was excellent!! Great date night. Food was wonderful and the service was outstanding. Thank you
Our sons Birthday! It was great!
Second time. Excellent service and food. Waitress was very fresh and attentive to our desires
Great food, come hungry!
We knew things would be different because of COVIF but, that still doesn't excuse the poor service we received. We saw our waiter 3 tines, my husband had to track our waiter down to get refills on drinks and to get me another salad bar service. The meats came by so infrequently that none of us got full. We were so displeased with our time. No manager to be found and everyone seemed less than thrilled to answer questions or provide service. Truly disappointed, we always enjoy Texas De Brazil but not this time.
They have the salad bar set up to where only they can serve it to you (but they’ll walk around the whole restaurant with the meat to each table ). Every time we needed something additional from the salad bar we had to fill out a paper and then wait till someone was available to get it for us. We were there for a birthday dinner and we kept getting attitude when we would request more. It hit to a point we gave up and just got our bill and left. Horrible experience and definitely not worth the price or attitude we got! Yes I understand the whole Covid thing but don’t make people feel like they are an inconvenience.
There were several instances where we had no drinks. He was nice but his service was very slow
Eat it all. If you can!!! Lobster Bisque is amazing.
My husband and I were in town for a getaway weekend. Friends of us told us how great this place was. When entering there was trash outside the front door. Very off putting as a first impression. Once we stepped inside it wasn’t much better. The inside was dated and looked like an old run down Chinese buffet. Our waiter was excellent and helpful but it did not make up for the mediocre food. The sides were bland as was the salad. The meat was over salted. The meal was $45 a person. We could have, and should have, gone to a more upscale restaurant and eaten a much better meal.
I have been here before a few times, and loved it, even with the high price, but this last time disappointed me. Firstly, we are in the middle of our Covid pandemic, so they adhered to the mask rule, and even had a checklist waiting at the table, so their servers can go to the salad bar for you and build your ideal plate. That was great, though we were not offered a second plate, when it is usually all you can eat. What wasn't great is that the tables were not separated by 6'. We got lucky with a more separated table, but other patrons were not so lucky, and the bar was nearly full. It was a busy Saturday night, so lots of people close together, without masks, so they could eat. Not ideal. Also it was very very loud. Even the music was loud, like it was trying to compete with the speakers, but that's a consistent issue, I find. Next, our server kept forgetting things. He was very polite, but not only did he forget, but kept disappearing. Lastly, the filet mignon was medium well. I know that may not be a big deal to some, but to any meat aficionado, that's a travesty. All in all, still a good meal, I just will not be back until the pandemic has settled. Normally I would suggest here, but for my loved ones safety, not at this time.
The restaurant staff was great and accommodating in every way. The food just keeps coming and that is a food lovers dream.
Our server Zack was exceptional!
The service was great! The meat was tough but it did have good flavor, we just could not get past how tough and over done it was. Since it was our 38th Anniversary, we did get the most amazing cheesecake as a gift. All in all.... Over priced for just so so food!! Probably will never go back.
Fantastic as usual. Beside the price which is worth it, best dining experience ever.
Amazing food and the service was outstanding! One of my favorite places to eat!
Great atmosphere and service!
Asking for a Dr note because you have a medical issue and don't have a mask. Is very rediculous. I will not be eating here again until the mask are no longer required.
Our servers were very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. Only complaint is you had a fish on your hot bar that was the most amazing thing I've ever eaten the last time I was there and now it is not there. But well, things being as they are right now, not mad at it, I understand, just sad. :( We had an excellent time!
Excellent food, excellent service, our server was great.
I was so excited to try this restaurant and it would have been good if we weren’t so rushed. They accepted our 8:30 reservation so we assumed they didn’t close until 10/11. NOPE. 9 pm. They sat us at 8:36 and we were back in our car by 8:57. 21 minutes for a $125 dinner date. It was beyond rushed and for that price that should not have been the case.
The food is very good , excellent service , all the staff were wearing mask and tables were spaced out
We made our reservation over a month ago and requested a table that was as secluded as possible to have a mildly romantic dinner and they sat us right in the center of an area surrounded by full tables all around us, we could barely hear each other speak.
Manager was hateful and rude.
Food was great and server was wonderful!
Always love it, but quiet pricey. Wish they had a better kids meal price for middle kids. $23 is high for 7 year old
Usually love the leg of lamb; so ordered the dish of mint jelly and waited, and waited, and waited. At the end of the meal, we were asked if there was anything special we would like. We said yes, leg of lamb. So we waited and waited again. Finally when it arrived, we asked for a slice from the side, but were given a slice of fat from the bottom. Requested another slice, but it was mostly fat as well. Other than that, it was a great meal.
Great food - kind waitresses - but slow getting seated when we had reservations
Good service and good food selection. Social distancing was respected. The meat selections were prepared well and were all very tasty.
This is the second time I have been to this establishment, both times I just ordered the salad bar. Due to COVID 19 you could not get your own salad so they give you a slip to mark what you want. I think 29.99 is a little pricey for a salad bar. The salads I selected were delicious. The lobster bisque was tasty. Next time I am just going to spluge and get the meat! One party at our table got the meat and he said it was delicious.
I know this is due to covid, but you pay a lot to eat here. Filling out the paper for the salad bar led to all of us getting mixed up ingredients, and very small portions. My soup bowl was put on my salad plate, which caused even less room for actual food. We all received plates at different times, so you have to watch everyone eat for ten minutes before you get food. The guys with meat didn't come to our table until I complained. Food is excellent, as usual, but this is not a dining experience that meshes well with our new social distancing guidelines, particularly for approx $50 a person. I doubt I'll be back until this over. I've been three times since quarantine ended and they've all been a little worse than the time before.
We went here for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! We had the nicest staff. We will definitely be returning here.
This is incredible especially if you love delicious meat and scrumptious salads.
The number of patrons allowed in at one time was a problem, I know they are looking to make as much profit as possible, however it was way too crowded. To offer less then half of the available menu options was also disappointing.
Due to covid the salad bar is not open, good services and choice of meat was great. Make sure you go with an empty stomach and eat a lot. A little bit on the high side but overall a good experience.
Wonderful food! Our sever was excellent. Great experience!
We’ve been to this establishment several times and usually the food is wonderful. This time, however, every single steak we had was extremely chewy and fatty. The quality is usually much better than it was this trip. With the price, there should never be an “off” day for this restaurant.
