   Almost every meat item came out overdone. For example: filet was medium-well and the beef ribs were charred and crunchy. They asked when we sat down if we are ok with the meat served medium-rare, which is what we have come to expect and tonight was anything but! This is the first time we have eaten at the OK City location, all other times have been at various Texas locations. We won’t be visiting this one again. Our server did a good job, and she asked for the kitchen to send out different items that weren’t so well done, but even with her help, the kitchen just couldn’t get it right tonight.

   The meat was so tough you were not able to cut it much less chew it and taste was not up to pair for the price. Will not be going back anytime soon!

    Celebrating our Anniversary. The staff was polite, but the Gauchos had to be flagged to come to our table. Our waitress was slow to return and even after we asked for more meat, only one or two showed up and it was with the wrong type of meat. The food was good and we left full, just not the experience we had had in the past. The tables with a different and more energetic waitress were receiving meat much more consistently than we were.

    Limited food, extremely slow service. We only had 4 types of meat come around and that took about 45 min. Tools 30 for one drink.

    Food seemed to over cooked on the side and salad bar. Shrimp soft and soggy, meat flavors was bad. We went 1 year ago. A lot better than.

    The food was good , Our waitress Alice was amazing . The hostess was awful, didn’t greet us , literally just stared at us, made us wait on our table even though the place was empty .Didn’t even offer us a place to wait so we just stood right there at the entry like idiots . It was awkward to say the least . Then she proceeded to walk past all the decent tables and was going to seat us in a 2 top all the way in the corner . Not once did she speak or smile or any sort of interaction. She had definitely RBF and the attitude to match . She almost ruined our evening nut thank god for Alice . She took great care of us from start to finish !

    We asked for well-done cuts and they never came. One of our guests had to pay full price but barely ate anything. Also, hardly any meat came around.

    The only issue I have is that the meat servers do not seem to bring around the variety. They brought the same three or four cuts until we asked for different meats.

    We were thrilled to celebrate our anniversary at this restaurant. Food was fantastic. Even the Manager took us on tour to show what was and was not gluten free. They were very kind and understanding.

    Your host and hostess were quite rude and need to read their customer base and where they are seating them. We had reservations for my sons 34th Birthday, just the four adults. They first placed us at a table by the kitchen in between two tables with multiple children and food on the floor under our table. We requested a more clean quiet remote area. They were again very rude to us. They then placed us by the bar and assigned the bartender to wait on us. Two minutes later a table next to us was seated with children on their electronic devices the entire time. Why weren’t they seated by the kitchen with the other children tables. This is the fourth time we have ever dined at Texas de Brazil and every time it is worse. The food is not what it was when they first opened and meat servers pay no attendant to the red/green meat placards. That was definitely our last visit. There are much better restaurants in OKC. For the same cost we could have enjoyed a well prepared dinner at Red Rock Canyon Grill and enjoyed the sunset. I am not one of those people to complain about service. Both my son and myself were in the food industry while paying our way through college and know what hard work it is. What should have been a nice evening was made miserable by a poorly managed staff. I do have to say that Savanna, our waitress/bartender was remarkable. She too was upset at the way the host/hostess staff had behaved and treated customers and herself. I would not recommend this restaurant.

    First of all our serve Charles was very knowledgeable and nice. He answered all our questions with a smile on his face. He took his time to explain and recommend lots of items to us being that it was our first time there. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious. I would not mind eating here everyday of the week if I could. The bathroom were clean and the atmosphere was great. Everyone was super polite and respectful. We loved it. It’s a great place to celebrate a birthday or any special occasion!

    Our server was great. Just disappointed how often they came around with the food. And food selection was not as varied as other times we have been there. We will be back though. We do like the food.

    Valentines dinner, waited til the 15. Server didn't want to be there. Raced through her memorized script of how the restaurant works. I could barely hear half of what she said. No refills, had to ask for everything the few times she even came to check on us. One of the steaks, spicy sirloin or extra rare and chewy (inedible) everything else was cooked medium and proper. The boy with the better NY strip was slicing so thin, I thought it was Swiss cheese, he scoffed when I asked for more than 2 pieces, like the restaurant is trying to save money. I had to ask for filet to get any premium cuts of descent size and it was very fatty and not lean at all, the steak quality at Texas Roadhouse is much better than this $50 pp offering. We were both Very disappointed in this visit and doubt we will return. Ruined our whole special occasion. They are nothing like when they originally opened. Gone down hill.

    The server seemed like she was on something. Very slow talking and didn’t come by often. She stated the meat was all medium rare and it was all well done besides the lamb that we had to ask to be brought out. We only had it come by once. We again asked for it and waited 15 minutes for it and it never came so we paid and left. The sides were brought to early as we ate the salad bar and were cold by the time we had any meat. The server came by after the salad bar plate and took my wife’s and left mine. We had a small table and I had to ask her to take it 30 minutes later. This was our first time and we’re excited to have a great time but unfortunately we did not. I read many reviews before going and saw some similar to my experience but thought it was just a one off deal. I spent 130 dollars and honestly would have rather had Golden Corral for what I had.

    Some meat came more rare than the medium rare they said. Hard to get a variety of meat wasn't very big options than what is advertised. Waitress disappeared for a long time waited a while for our drinks we ordered from the bar. And got hair in the food seemed like they didn’t care. Was not worth the $150 i spent i wanted to leave after 20 minutes.

    Server was likable. But gone for long periods of time. Many of the meats were overcooked (well done) when we wanted medium. Several meats needed more seasoning, especially the flank steak which needed more salt. The under seasoning as been a repeated issue occurring at least half the time. We go around every 4 weeks. By the way, the bartender left the water in the sink running the entire time we were there. Seemed like a huge waste of water.

    We had a great experience with our kids! The food was delicious and our hosts/waitress was very nice! Our waitress also comp the dessert for us since it was my bday celebration dinner. I really appreciated the sweet surprise! We definitely want to come back for future celebrations.
