   The service was lacking and not as professional as I would have liked. After we arrived, my family and I waited 40 minutes before any kind of meat was served to us at all. While we were waiting we watched several others get served. The point of a Brazilian steakhouse is the meat and service. Our server spent more time at the bar with 3 men than she did at our table meanwhile the server next to us was able to serve and checkout 4 different families. The manager was very helpful full but seemed disappointed in his staff and overwhelmed. I am not one to write reviews but I was so incredibly irritated with this experience. It doesn’t help that this was on Mother’s Day and we decided to eat at this establishment for my wife “who’s pregnant” and all she wanted was good food “that wasn’t really served”. Overall this experience will most definitely affect us coming back not that I believe the management or ownership would care or read this review.

   This was the perfect Mother's Day lunch with my daughter. Our server was incredibly professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and helpful. It was obvious he wanted our experience to be the best. The food was outstanding, as always.

   The atmosphere is pretty nice. Needing a little TLC. The service was great. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. Although the food was good it wasn’t as good as it has been before. Overall we were satisfied with our experience. But there were some things that could’ve enhanced it.

   The tables are packed in this place so there is not much room for the servers to move around. It is very loud and that makes it very difficult to have a conversation at the table with guests. It is hit or miss if the serves stop at your table as the go through. At the beginning, we had no meat service but they finally started to come around. We had to ask for some specific meat selections b/c those servers always missed our table. Food quality was very good.

   Took the kids, enjoyed it all! Although we asked for medium well and kept getting medium rare BUT they corrected it.

   Food is always excellent here, very consistent. Service was the only thing keeping it to 4 stars. Atmosphere and noise level were typical for a busy restaurant.

   Most of the meats were bland, no flavor. A lot of the meats were real tuff and hard to chew and hard to cut. A very few were tender. Very disappointed .

    Great food and service as usual. The gauchos were attentive and brought everything at the proper temperature.
