   I give it 4 stars overall. The service was really good. Charles was a great waiter and have no complaints about him or any of the Gaucho’s that come around. They comped us a dessert because it was our anniversary, which was nice. The choices of meats was ok and if you are an all you can eat person, you get all you can handle. The salad part of the salad bar was fair, but not many choices. There are other items, like fish, charcuterie items, scalloped potato and soup to name a few. My issue is that, for the cost, it was a neat experience but not one we’d pay another $160 for, because honestly, for that kind of money, there are better steak house options that we’d prefer that cost less overall.

   Was recommended for us to try by friends. We went for our anniversary, and were not disappointed. We will go again. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a different kind of dining experience. You will be glad you did.

   Specifically ordered medium rare and was presented three different time with medium well. Server was no where to be found, she spent most of her time hanging on the bar. When she did come by she did the bare minimum to make it look like she was performing her job. Most likely will not return, definitely way to expensive for mediocre food and horrible service!

   This was our third visit and it was by far the best one of all three, our server Kat was amazing food was very good but did i eat $53 dollars worth of steak? No lol but it was overall amazing!!

   We asked our waitress several times for some more “well done” beef options. The beef is served “medium rare”, which was great for two of us. The rest of the party preferred “well done” and we were told it would not be a problem, it was. Overall the food was good. Service was ok. Skip dessert, it’s way overpriced.

    Went here for Mother’s Day. After we got our drink order our waitress went on break and didn’t return until it was time to pay. I constantly had to ask to have food brought over when I could find someone. The manager was suppose to take care of us but seen him 1 time after he told us our waitress was ping to break. I have gone a lot in the past and got way more selection of meats brought over. Food was ok but I have had better in past experiences here. $25 for a 9 year old that hardly eats still seems kinda steep.

    We had a reservation and we were seated immediately when we arrived. The salad bar was perfect and the meat was always available. We never had to wait on anything, service was very good. We will go back!

    Despite our server telling us that the meat is cooked medium rare, a lot of the meat we got was overcooked and some a bit dry. The servers with the meat seemed to ignore our part of the restaurant. There were several items we never got to try. The salad bar and extras were good, however, the shrimp in the shrimp salad was mushy. There are no traditional salad toppings like celery, carrots, onions, etc... which is strange for a salad bar. It's very expensive. It is a neat experience. I just wish we were offered all the meat varieties and that some of them were not overcooked.

    The salad bar has just a handful of items that I liked. The meat tasted fantastic but not worth the $126 before tip for 2 people though. It might be worth it if you're a serious meat eater. I did enjoy it but not enough to warrant the price.

    This was delicious place to eat! Very pricey to eat! Very noisy at times . I was offered a glass of lemonade they brought a pitcher for $ 20.00 one person drinking this I told her yes I would like to try never did I order a whole pitcher of lemonade it was delicious but had to leave half of it.     The food was not good. Only like one cut of meat and it took a very long time to get meat to the table. Had to get our own plates to even be able to have a clean plate. This may be how you all do it but it’s still. Also the guys serving the meat can not see the red/green coins on the table. It would be better to have like a flag or something so they know not to ask or ask the table.

    Truthfully. The food was very good. However something did not agree with my stomach in one of the food dishes and I have had severe stomach issues to the point where I've been bed ridden for the entirety of the day and using the bathroom several times an hour.

    I have had dinner here many times and it was always great. This time went for lunch on a Friday and was very disappointed. Not much variety in the meat and they came by very infrequently. The meat was not as good as usual, seemed very tough. I ordered a double caipirinha, which I have ordered before, and it came with the glass totally filled with ice and hardly any lime. Basically watered down cachaça on ice. I know how caipirinhas should be made, I make them myself, and the ones I’ve had here before were good and not all ice. The salad bar was good. Would not return for the full lunch, maybe for the salad bar option.

    Meat are very salty. My husband having a hard time even swallow them, we have to order some unsalted meat and wait for another -5 mins. Also very limited selection. Service is slow, wait for the wine open, wait for the waitress show up…..

    Texas de Brazil did not disappoint for our family's Easter dinner. The atmosphere, service and food was amazing. We all thoroughly enjoyed our experience mainly due to the friendly and helpful staff. Our waiter was awesome but I can't remember his name, not that he wasn't memorable because he was, but he went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you for our family memories.

    TdB has become one of our favorite restaurants. We've always found the food and service exemplary, as well as the cleanliness and "feel" of the dining area. We have sensitivity to sodium/salt, so it pleases us that the restaurant will prepare meats without salt at our request. These salt-free meats are as delicious as the other meats served, and come out of the kitchen with little if any delay. We look forward to many more enjoyable meals there in the future.
