Unfortunately, my recent experience at Texas de Brazil fell significantly short of expectations, both in quality and value. Despite securing a reservation weeks in advance, our party was inexplicably seated near the back of the restaurant, adjacent to what appeared to be a service area for managers and waitstaff—this, while the dining room remained largely unoccupied. The ambiance was further diminished by the presence of flies around the salad bar, raising concerns about hygiene and upkeep. Additionally, the brief and rushed explanation of how the dining experience operates left much to be desired, especially for first-time guests. As for the food itself, the quality was disappointing. The potatoes were notably bland, and the meat offerings—presumably the highlight of the experience—were underwhelming in both portion size and flavor. Given the premium pricing, the cuisine failed to justify its cost. In the end, I left with a sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment, having spent over $100 on a dining experience that lacked in execution, service, and culinary quality. Texas de Brazil did not meet the standard one would expect from a restaurant in its price bracket, and I cannot recommend it based on this visit.

I took my wife, kids and brother to the OKC location 5/30/25. The service was excellent our server was awesome. The food was awesome. The attention to our party was great. My brother came from out of town and really enjoyed it. The only true issue I have is I am handicapped and walk with a cane. The floor was extremely greasy and slick. I almost slipped and fell because the floor was slick in so many places. I have been to location many times and that greasy floor never a thing before. They need to get that under control, it’s dangerous for the employees and guest’s that decide to patronize that location.

They sent me a $20 off coupon for my birthday. I forgot to bring the coupon and they said they had no way to look it up. The manager would not honor it or allow me to send it to him later, so I paid over a hundred dollars for two overpriced salad bars and one margherita. Hope they spend that $20 well, because we will never dine there again.

Service and food was fantastic. The salad bar was great all by itself. The meats were excellent. A great treat for a special occasion.

For the price I expected to be offered more than chicken and pork and a table full of cold cuts and vegetables. I saw other tables offered other meats but I guess jeans weren’t the right attire. The service was amazingly slow and it was so loud I couldn’t hear my daughters talking to me not to mention being packed in like sardines and getting bumped every time a server went by. What should have been a special dinner turned out to be very disappointing.

The food was amazing, and there was an option for everyone in our group. The only downside was that the actual restaurant was very cold in temperature. A guest at a nearby table had a blanket wrapped around her. (This is how we know it wasn’t just us). We asked our server if there was any way the AC can be turned up and she said yes, but our table of 7 adults all felt the AC blasting the entire time. The food would get cold very quickly aside from it being physically uncomfortable. As much as we loved the food we couldn’t wait to get out of there.

We made the reservation for 6pm around 11am for my wife’s and mother-in-law’s birthday around 5pm we got a text saying our table was ready for us so we checked in they asked whose birthday it was. The waiter gave us a speech about the restaurant. The food and salad was delicious. The waiter came by and checked on us regularly. Only bad thing I can say. I didn’t know if you guys did anything for birthdays. For four people and three alcoholic drinks it came to 287which is what we expect.

Texas de Brazil was absolutely amazing! Kind staff, delicious food, and great atmosphere. My boyfriend and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary, and we were blown away by how great of an experience it was! 10/10 recommend!
