   Everything was incredible! The waitstaff was extremely attentive, the gauchos visited and brought the meats we asked for, and the manager regularly walked around to check-in. We will definitely be back for another dinner. The buffet was delicious and beautifully organized. We enjoyed a flight of caipirinhas, guaraná, feijoada, enough picanha to tide us over until our next visit, and pudim to finish off the delicious dinner. For the food and service, the price is great!

   i feel that the braxiluan meats and salad bar is overpriced at around $50 a person. If i wanted to come in for just a salad bar there is not enough on it to make it worth $32. There isn’t any fruir or all the sides snd toppings you’d put into a salad .price and option of salad bar only is a joke. The meats are over salted so be careful of your health conditions. Only one soup on salad bar ..lobster bisque which is good but not to everyone’s taste. i’ve noticed that lately someone has a heavy hand on the salt with all items here . Salad bar mushrooms used to be a delicate buttery sauce and has turned into a thick brown salty mess. I’ve been here many times and it keeps getting worse not better. i still have hopes you can improve I would only go now with a discounted price/special

   I have never had such a bad experience eating out. So pricy and I could have had better food at a buffet. The service was bad as well. Waitress seemed annoyed to have to do anything. Also they bill had items I didn’t order.

   I asked for well done steak no pink and everything came out was pink. I asked them could they just burn me a piece or two to be well done and I was told yes and it wasn’t done. Not worth 50 bucks for salad. It should be cater to all people and the way they like their food to be cooked.

   After my many trips to Texas De Brazil, I recently learned that it is best to get there when they first open because everything is pretty fresh, and there is a happy hour with a great drink selection. Guaranty you'll get your money's worth.

    For the price you pay per person you would think to get your money's worth. The server took 5 minutes to even come to our table after we were seated. She ran through the description so fast and walk away. When the food servers walked around with the meats, we did not get a variety of options. They walked to the other tables first every time so there was no meat to be served to our table. Our server never came back to give us refills on water or took our drink order. When I went to the restrooms. Both the women and men were disgusting. Toilet paper on the floor toilets not flushed. I was overall disappointed about our anniversary dinner.

    I brought my family of 10 so you know it was over $500. It very well could be the last time. The food delivery was nothing like in the past. There were times we waited 15 minutes for the next meat to be served. And the roast beef was brought out only once, toward the end of our stay. Very stingy the beef! The salad bar was neat and appetizing however I remember more varieties of selections. The waitress only came by once for drinks, that was upon arrival. I had to to find her and ask for refills. Then it took 20 minutes to get our bill. I have enjoyed taking my family here for an unusual type of dining experience for several years but this year was definitely not worth the time or price. I will have to reconsider if there will be a next time. It’s too bad, we all enjoyed Texas de Brazil in past years. I felt embarrassed this time.

    Decided to try this place, and it was my wife's birthday. It was not the best decision I've made. Multiple issues, from the waiter confusing us with our drink order and I felt tricked because when the drinks arrived, there were 3 instead of 2. Server said oh, you ordered 3. But the way we discussed the drink order, he made it seem like we could have an different liquor in the drinks. Confusion, but I had 3 drinks to pay for instead of 2. Then the next issue was the guys serving the meats would go though the middle section and ignore those on the fringes, which is where we were. Said something to my server, and to his credit, they did start coming to our table. However, one of the items, a bacon wrapped tenderloin, was served to me absolutely raw. My server, now knowing I wasn't happy, stated he would let the manager know. Never heard from a manager, and to not ruin my wife's birthday, I let it go. I've been to different Brazilian steakhouses and this was by far the worst. And to top it all off, the server said that since my wife was celebrating her birthday, she would receive a free dessert. That didn't happen. He never mentioned it again, and once more, I let it go so as to not ruin her night by being a loud jerk, which is what I wanted to do. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. Spent almost $200.00 for what???

    It was ok We dined at 5:15, and took our time. When we were finishing up with dessert, we all noticed how the meat variety increased at around 6:00. We felt a little cheated as it seemed only the same 4 meats kept coming around, only 3 of them were of interest to us. We saw many more circulating starting shortly before 6. Very loud dining room Hot sides were mediocre at best Lobster bisque was really good though

    We had a large group of 10 with us, ages 8-80, celebrating 2 birthdays. After making reservations through Open Table, we reconfirmed our 6:15 reservation, once through Open Table and the second time via a call the day ahead of the event from Texas de Brazil. We’d been here several times pre COVID, but this was our first time post COVID. Our latest experience was disastrous compared with our earlier ones. Let’s get the food aspect out of the way. The buffet component remains top notch and largely unchanged. The meats from the gauchos were quite good, but some advertised selections never appeared like picanha, lamb, pork chops and flank steak. They were pushing parmesan chicken heavily, with those skewers repeatedly showing up. Desserts were excellent as usual. The problem was on all elements of the service side of things, which made for a sour, but expensive night. Our large group was ready to be seated at reservation time, but the table was ‘not ready’ for us. This story continued and our group had no convenient place to stand as the bar was full. It turned out that the group at ‘our’ table, though done eating, was dawdling, standing next to the table sharing pleasantries with each other, talking loudly and distracting those at nearby tables. The restaurant staff was unwilling to clear and clean the table until the standing guests left the area. This went on and on. I discussed the situation with the manager and he told me they could not prepare the table for us until the standing people left the area. This went on and on until 7pm when we were finally seated. Standing around for 45’ was difficult and annoying for everyone in our group, especially the kids and elderly. 15 minutes after being seated, one of the two servers in the whole restaurant showed up to take our drink orders, then didn’t deliver half of them. Problems persisted thru the night: late, cold appetizers, a lack of decaf coffee, and a slow bill. We were comped desserts, but not a good time for us.

    We were celebrating two birthdays. The place was packed, and we still needed to wait for a table, even with a reservation. I’ve been to these types of restaurants before. Compared to places like Fogo de Chao or Sabor, this place is much below in quality. The chicken was dry, they didn’t bring out all of the selections, and they failed to mention the desserts are extra. Some of the foo was good, but overall, I’d say go to another place.

    We had a reservation for 5:15 and weren't seated until about 5:45...already annoyed. The salad bar was excellent and loved the Brazilian black beans and rice! Our waitress was very good, but seemed to be covering more tables than she could handle. It took a long time for the servers to come around with the meat skewers. When all was said and done, it cost over $150 for the two of us before adding the tip. I'd rather spend that kind of money at a nicer sit-down restaurant with better ambiance.

    We came here for a valentines day date on Friday February 10th. The meat was extraordinarily dry and overcooked. Very poorly seasoned and most of it was tough. The waitress seemed to want to upsell us on desert and bottled water instead of normal tap. Paid $175 including tip for two people, but I would never go back. We were seated near the door, and keep in mind this is February in Wi. It was consistently chilly. I cannot emphasize how bad the meat was. Dry as could be and no seasoning.

    This is the only the location where I had items overcooked each time, except for the flank steak and lamb. Even the server chose rib selections with little meat on them. I do hope they check the doneness of each item next around.

    Plates not removed from table. Water glasses not filled. Drinks over priced. Waitress did not Follow up frequently. Spoke to manager when leaving and wanted it noted that waitress stood over shoulder when paying the bill and rating the dinner experience. The meat service was great. No mention of sides ( bread, mashed potatoes) being brought to the table when other tables had these items. We have experienced Texas De Brazils in other states and this visit wasn’t the best experience.

    Always a great time and don't forget the salad bar...it is really quite good. Don't fill up too much as the meat is amazing. Also don't miss the chimichurri sauce, mint sauce for lamb, and creamy horseradish on the salad bar for the meats.

    I have always enjoyed Texas De Brazil, however my last experience was not at all what you would expect from a quality restaurant. The chicken, when I cut into it, was completely raw. I did not make a big scene and showed the waitress. The manager came by and apologized and I was compensated with a free dessert. For a restaurant of this quality it is completely unacceptable. I appreciate the dessert, but more should have been done.

    I’ve been to numerous Brazilian steakhouse is an in particular, Texas de Brazil in Texas the ones in Texas were considerably more authentic and true to the quality level of the meats served. The meat here were fairly small for the most part over cooked. The Parmesan crusted pork was poorly done. They scrimped on the parmigiano. The beef ribs didn’t come out for over an hour. Which meant how many other meats were not presented. The offerings seemed weak. Our server Maria was fantastic. The gauchos were great. We love the space they just need to update game on the food. The wine seemed a little weak as well, but overall I would go back. I hate judging any place on one visit. Seeing as how I have never had a bad meal or a bad experience at the chain. Their brand has always been top shelf to me. Based on that alone, I’ll give the Milwaukee operation another shot.

    Overall my party and I enjoyed the place. I have one complaint and that is receiving a copy of my bill by text as promised. I like to keep up with all bills etc. and Texas de Brazil is no exception.

    Excellent service and the meats were cooked to perfection! Average drinks but with so much else to enjoy that wasn’t our focus. My only advice is to pace yourself, get up move around, have done intermittent vegetables. Your stomach will thank you. The salsa d bar selection could have been a meal on its own. Lots of protein options and vegetables to choose from. But dang ! That’s a lot of meat a once a year option. Still a good time.

    Very disappointed to go for my birthday dinner only to find out that since it was a Saturday night the manager would not use my bday coupon sent by the restaurant!! The coupon said NOTHING about not being able to use it on a weekend…only no holidays. My husband spoke to the manager yet he still declined to accept it.

    This has fallen way off. Salad bar a fraction of what it used to be. Maybe it was where we were sitting, but gauchos didn't come by often, and when they did, it was the same 3-4 cuts of meat. I know they say it's medium rare, but many times the steak was barely cooked at all. Cold, very rare. Brazlian cheese bread was dry, and we were never even offered potatoes. Our server was very attentive, and tried his best to get meat to our table.

    The food we received was very good. The problem was the lack of food. The restaurant was short staffed and our server had to attend to too many tables. We were in a private room and I think the people with the meat kept forgetting about us in there. We had to request that they come in by us several times, and they still did not. We were also brought the same thing over and over with little to no variety. There was also little to no housekeeping being done. Tables were left covered with plates and food for hours after customers had left, The bathrooms were absolutely atrocious. There was only one bartender on for both the bar and the service bar. I'm sympathetic because I know most restaurants are short staffed these days. We really like your restaurant and would like to return. But unfortunately, do not want to spend the money for this type of experience.

    Made a reservation for 15 people for my birthday. Drinks took a 20 mins to come out. The salad bar seem like it was sitting there for hours. They said they had an assortment of cheeses and there was only 3. Everything taste frozen! And probably only had 2 steaks pass by and chicken and that was it. And we literally had to ask where are the meats! Our waitress had an attitude and anytime we put an order for a drink instead of seeing if anyone else needed anything she just booked it. Horrible experience. There is a place like this in Downtown Milwaukee which is much better! Or the place in Chicago is great too! Do not go here!!

    Arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated right away. Salad bar was exceptional and most of the main meat offerings were very good. The bacon wrapped pork, and lamb were exception. Most of the food was warm, but not hot, and the spicier cuts were tolerable. Great service and atmosphere, on the expensive side of the scale!!

    Our server was incredibly slow! We had to ask for refills of drinks and then they came at the very end of the meal. The meat came around just as we sat with our salads despite all of our chips being on red. When we did get meat it was well done and cold. Only at the end was the meat hot! The sirloin, ribeye, and beef ribs were hot and PHENOMENAL! But again, they weren’t paying attention to the chips. Overall the dinner felt forced and not very relaxing. Things happen, but upon entering the gentleman at the front desk was wearing a coat. We brought in the mail that was in the doorway on the ground, and there was a dirty rag on the counter. Otherwise things were okay. We’ve been here numerous times but this was by far the worst experience. Had it been our first, we wouldn’t have come back. Cold meat is not worth $50 a person.
