   Our server did a fine job with the exception of table selection He put us at a table that was pretty tight quarters with other customers seated in front of and behind us, and there were several other tables available with more breathing room I bear responsibility for not asking to change tables, other than this one thing though he was courteous and attentive. The gauchos that came around were... not so attentive. About half way through our meal we turned our pucks over to red as we wanted some uninterrupted time to talk and finish what was on our plates, but they kept coming and offering the meat skewers even though our pucks were still both on red. This continued till we left and the constant interruptions were not appreciated. I asked a couple of the gauchos what cut the Picanha was since i hadn't herd of it, and two of the three didn't understand at first, and finally just replied "it's meat". The third individual i asked looked worried and was hesitant to even answer, and finally told me it was part of the "cows butttcheek" while looking embarrased. It's steak man, c'mon of course if comes from a cows butt, rib, spine, leg, whathave you. In short, the Ambience was on point, the place looked clean, the food tasted good, but the service left much to be desired.

   The meat was all overcooked and tough to eat. Chewy, salad bar is okay. Service was horrible.

   That place was absolutely terrible!!!! I have been to so many Brazilian steakhouse and by far this was the worst one. The meat is gross and cold and don’t me get started on the sides. The sides were disgusting and I have no clue how this restaurant is even open. If you want to go to an actually Brazilian steakhouse go to Chicago all great places there just don’t go here.

   Certainly not what it used to be like, service was slow and of poor standard. Quantity of food was nowhere what it used to be like. Don't mind the high cost if value is there but this was ridiculous.

   Not going to lie, was pretty disappointed after being to the Schaumburg, IL, location. The meats were pretty dry except for like two. The service was really slow. Ran out of room at the table from dishes piling up. The worst part was the amount of fruit flies in salad bar and the table. Had to constantly fight off flies while trying to eat your food.

   Good ambience and service. Not impressed with the meat quality. Very good buffet

   Went for Easter dinner. The food was just average. Steaks were actually pretty tough. I couldn't eat most of them. Had to ask for the chicken to be brought to our table. Waited with empty plates for a while. Waitress wasn't very available to us. Had to ask for plates to be removed. Not like it used to be.

    We had an 8pm reservation, the food on the buffet was very fresh but most of the meat seemed dry like it was under heat lamps way too long. Service was very attentive.
