Horrible service, the food was cold and the drinks came after we we’re done eating

Our server was fantastic, the only lacking part was how often they visited our table with the meat selections... overall very happy.

Short staffed and took very long to be seated or to get waited on by bartender. Long wait time in between meat and ordered beef ribs...never came.

I surprise my fiancé with the dinner for Father’s Day and he was out done. This is a new restaurant for us and our favorite now we will be back!

It was our first time here and we enjoyed ourselves.

Food was mediocre at best. We were not offered much steak and very little pieces at a time but plenty of sausage. Our group asked for Filet Mignon and it took 40 minutes to come to use and it was terrible tasting. We were so disappointed with our experience. All the proper PPE was being followed but our waiter was not helpful at all. For the food, service, and overall experience we were VERY disappointed for what we paid. Anyone from the management can feel free to call me to discuss further but this was the worst experience at a Texas De Brazil we have ever received.

This restaurant was amazing before the covid outbreak but with the new restrictions and limited menu (it costs substantially extra to have lamb chops now, something that was previously included in the price). I actually called prior to going to see if the menu was the same and was told that they "have all the same cuts". I was not told it would cost at least $20 EXTRA for the lamb chops.The meat was consistently WAY overcooked and we had to specifically request certain cuts of meat (leg of lamb and top sirloin). Two cuts came to every table in the restaurant EXCEPT ours (beef ribs and bottom sirloin) and because the salad bar is by request, it takes FOREVER to come. The bacon wrapped filet was extremely tough and way overcooked (I would venture to guess that it wasn't actually filet). I actually, for the first time ever, left after an hour and 45 minutes hungry. Let me reiterate: this experience was SO BAD that I LEFT STILL HUNGRY. I will wait until things return to normal before I can even begin to think about returning. Just awful.

I made reservations for our wedding anniversary day before a d i got a call 3 hrs prior to say that they had to cancel it because they were closing early, ruining our anniversary. I was a loyal customer spending over 100 dollars monthly in this place. No more.

The location is great, nice and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food was mostly good, once it gets busy they sometimes bring chicken that isn’t quite done which is why I put 4 stars. You can tell them your preference in meat and how it done just takes a little longer. It’s pretty solid place.

I had a reservation and had to wait 40 minutes. I thought changing the party size would help but it did not. The meet was sometimes burnt so I passed until the next time the came by. My friend had a blond hair stuck to her steak and I felt the meal should have been comped but she still had to pay for the salad bar that she barely ate anything from. I don't think I would revisit

It took our waitress a little longer than normal to come to our table. We never got baby back ribs which were requested twice. The food was good but the meat should never stop coming!!!

The food was good overall. If you don't like it rare, you have to ask. When I finally convinced my wife to say something, they brought her some medium well pieces. The place sure works for a Keto diet, lots of protien. Bill for 2 with sodas was $130 including tip. I would say it is worth $85. You can get better food at a better price elsewhere. The place is VERY loud and energetic. It is a really cool experience for once in a while - with a group of friends. Also, if you want to eat yourself into oblivion, this would be great, but not for anyone who wants to take it easy on their food intake.

It seems like this location is getting more stingy in terms of meat selection.
It used to be that there was lots of lamb and more high end steak. The last few times I’ve visited it’s been a lot of chicken and pork and some steak.
Personally I go for the lamb. For the price of a meal I wished for more than bbq pork ribs and chicken wings.

The service was friendly, the salad bar was great, most importantly the meat was on point!

What a terrific dining experience. Salad bar is spectacular. Meat brought to table side warm and delicious. As first time diners the only suggestion I would offer is that someone tells you how the whole dinner thing works...we were a bit uneducated about the process. But, terrific meal, leisurely dining.

Seating was quick and the service was outstanding and the food selection was wonderful and delicious!

My husband and I went here for Valentine’s Day. Even though our reservation was an hour before close, the meat kept coming even after doors were locked. The waitstaff is very courteous and helpful. They always make sure to you are enjoying your meal and getting exactly what you want!

I was shocked that the atmosphere was so easy to talk in. With such a vibrant bustle of staff and patrons alike, you would think it would be too loud, but it was just perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a lovely conversation throughout the meal, and really absorb one another’s company.

It’s a bit more expensive than some other Brazilian Steakhouse Chains that I’ve seen, though I feel as though it is a more formal chain than those I have visited prior. It was the perfect surprise for a person with a Keto Lifestyle such as myself. I got my fill and was at only half of my carb count for the whole day!

It was our first time and we loved it. Samual was our server and he was great. My daughter and I has several food allergies and they went over all the food with us.

I've been to a number of Brazilian Steakhouses and this Texas de Brazil was by far the worst when it comes to food. Very limited meat offerings, and the meat that was served was so salty, it was inedible. The salad bar was lovely, had many choices. The hot bar was sorely lacking. Plain rice, watery potatoes, mushrooms, & coconut codfish. The lobster bisque soup had excellent flavor, but there was definitely no lobster in the soup. Our server, Tonya, was AMAZING. Very attentive.

No manager came to talk to us. Horrible dry salad bar. Only saw about 3 meats and had to have our server request them or else we would have never seen any. All my meat was rare-med rare when I asked for med well- well done and had to go with what I got because I didn’t want to waste $50. Our server was amazing, Juliana. She made our anniversary/Valentine’s Day night so much better by being so helpful. Managers wouldn’t even look at us even when we walked in and told him our name for our reservation. Horrible horrible service.

Our waitress was excellent. The food was excellent. I’ve never had meat that delicious.

This was our 3rd visit. Definitely improved experience from prior. Our waitress was spot on for everything. Timing for beverages, friendliness and just overall customer service. Great time

This restaurant at Mayfair doesn’t have the same service and the food isn’t as good as Fort Worth, Texas.
The server didn’t bring mashed potatoes or bananas to our table. Very disappointed.
I have been to the Texas De Brazil restaurant in Fort Worth which has absolutely excellent food and service.

Language barrier between the server and our table, ending up with almost additional 100.00 on our bill because when asked if dessert was included he said yes. ( which it is not) Cheap meats definitely circled our table more than finer cuts. Restaurant was loud and overpriced.

The wait is a bit long despite us having a reservation. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. However, the food and great service made up for it. Our whole group had a great time and we ended up being the last people there. We weren't even rushed out the door! Food is sizzling hot and so flavorful, it is worth the price. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. Wish I could remember his name to give him the proper compliment. Also, the decor, huge ceilings, and the NBA game sealed the deal of a great place to dine! Thank you.

Seems that service went down, all the service kept bringing was those sausages. I asked 3 or more times for flank steak and as I was leaving it came around. The money spent this last time was not worth the food or service. Three dinners and three drinks $170. The server was slow with brining drinks or have meat sent over.
