Went in a date with my husband and loved everything. The food, the employees, the quality. We will definitely be going back soon.

The current salad bar operation is poor, didn’t really want the salad after waiting for the server to make our salads and we love salads bars!

This was our anniversary and on the reservation but never acknowledged. People without reservations were seated before us. No one at the hostess desk. Told there was no bartender so our drinks were served 20 minutes apart/ separately. Service was extremely slow. Had to request water refills, gaucho servers. Warm sides were not offered until were done eating. Manager was not available. 3pm

First time going and I will be going back! It’s a great experience and the staff was just amazing!

Overall it was good. But the website should let people know that the salad and hot area is closed and the waiters will bring what you want. Part of the great thing about these places is the ability to get what you want, when ypu want it and how much you want. Had we known that before hand, we would probably have chosen to wait until that area was open

It was at full capacity so by the time we got our sides on food 2 hours had past.

If you want an experience that is different than almost any other dining experience- try a Brazilian steak house- We first encountered one in Brazil and have been the Texas and the Chicago and Las Vegas Texas de Brazil and they are very much like the actual Brazil experience.

Our server, Jenny, was great. Everything about our experience was outstanding. Its definitely a special occasion sort of place

Felipe the manager and the staff are outstanding. The service, food, and hospitality tremendous. I go to TDB 1 to 2 times a week.

Meat offering was perfect. Service by the Gauchos was great and so was the service from our waitress.

Overall we had a great experience.

It was the first time my wife and I ate there. The meat selection was fantastic! Every cut of meat tasted very good.

I was concerned with our waitress and how she would fill our glasses. She would pick up our glasses (while wearing gloves) but what made me curious was the fact if she changes gloves table to table since she is grabbing glasses indiscriminately. Just food for thought I guess.

Our waitress was also not careful when when it came to checking us out. She charged me a different table that was a $100 difference and I still have not received the refund.

Our waiter seemed to not care about attending us. We sat down without being attended for about 20 to 30 min; what angered us was there were only a few tables occupied. It wasn’t a packed house or even close to that; but once we finally started to get our food it made everything ok.

We had a birthday dinner for our daughter and grandson but we were pretty disappointed with the food. We had a great waitress and the men bringing the meats were great as well. They all had great attitudes and interacted with all 7 of us. However, we primarily eat filet mignon for steaks and we were looking forward to trying it. It was the toughest piece of beef I had ever eaten. As a matter of fact we did not finish even 1 piece. It was full of gristle and hard to cut with the steak knife. We tried all of the other meats and it was by far the worst cut. We have eaten here a few times prior and this was the worst meal. I don’t think we will be back.

Great as usual! Quick service, tender juicy meat (favorite Pichana), delicious salad bar (try Brazilian vinaigrette with meat), and awesome dessert!

The restaurant was very clean and they provided great service. The food was excellent. Due to covid, we were given a handout to check off the items we wanted from the salad bar. The waiters would bring items to the table. I think they should always have this for a clean and safe experience.

They never disappoint

As usual, the food and atmosphere was great. Our server Ericka was very pleasant and attentive. However, there were too many tables per server and service lacked.
