Food was bland. well the meats could have been better cooked

Everything was awesome.. i wouldnt change a thing!!

Reservations made for 7:30, but we were not seated until almost 8:00.

It was the first time my wife and I ate there. The meat selection was fantastic! Every cut of meat tasted very good.

I was concerned with our waitress and how she would fill our glasses. She would pick up our glasses (while wearing gloves) but what made me curious was the fact if she changes gloves table to table since she is grabbing glasses indiscriminately. Just food for thought I guess.

Our waitress was also not careful when when it came to checking us out. She charged me a different table that was a $100 difference and I still have not received the refund.

Our waiter seemed to not care about attending us. We sat down without being attended for about 20 to 30 min; what angered us was there were only a few tables occupied. It wasn’t a packed house or even close to that; but once we finally started to get our food it made everything ok.

We had a birthday dinner for our daughter and grandson but we were pretty disappointed with the food. We had a great waitress and the men bringing the meats were great as well. They all had great attitudes and interacted with all 7 of us. However, we primarily eat filet mignon for steaks and we were looking forward to trying it. It was the toughest piece of beef I had ever eaten. As a matter of fact we did not finish even 1 piece. It was full of gristle and hard to cut with the steak knife. We tried all of the other meats and it was by far the worst cut. We have eaten here a few times prior and this was the worst meal. I don’t think we will be back.

Great as usual! Quick service, tender juicy meat (favorite Pichana), delicious salad bar (try Brazilian vinaigrette with meat), and awesome dessert!

Our waitress Jenny was very kind and sweet.

The restaurant was very clean and they provided great service. The food was excellent. Due to covid, we were given a handout to check off the items we wanted from the salad bar. The waiters would bring items to the table. I think they should always have this for a clean and safe experience.

They never disappoint

As usual, the food and atmosphere was great. Our server Ericka was very pleasant and attentive. However, there were too many tables per server and service lacked.

Our first time eating here and it was really good. The server did a great job and was very attentive. Food was delicious, but the sides took awhile to get to us.

The food was not to my liking. Not a big variety. It was salty and the service was slow. I had to keep asking for more beverage and it felt as though they were doing me a favor. I would not recommend it . I would rather go to what a burger.

Service was such a disappointment. We sat with empty plates for 15 minutes after turning our card "green" AND telling our server we were ready for skewers. I can only guess we were too far for the churrascarias to make their rounds. We saw them serving all the tables immediately outside the kitchen, but we were in an opposite corner (furthest from the grill) and they would not even glance our way. Extremely disappointing and irritating. After we spoke with a manager, the service did a 180° turn and we ate our fill. I just don't like for it to get to the point where we have to involve a manager. We were very patient. If dining here, ask to be seated near the grill.

Excellent food and service. Atmosphere was great. Overall an outstanding experience.

Two of the three dining complained of lukewarm soup, you ran out of spring lettuce @ 7:00pm, so 1 person dining did not get a salad. There was also limited variations of the meat selection, which again was subpar to what we received before the pandemic. Overall it was fair. at best, this dining experience.
They also had trouble with my discount card, which after 15 minutes the manager said he would discount the meal and take it up with corporate.
I think we will wait until we are past this 50% dining limit and the issues we are facing before we try again. With limited customers, the quality seems to be compromised, hopefully, this is just a minor issue that will change when everything returns to normal. I'm not ready to recommend this location at this time.

everything was exceptional starting with the salads, hot sides , desserts and especially the different taste of the meats cooked to your liking

We were seated by the salad bar, and thus, we were ignored by the staff serving the meat. We had to bring it to our server's attention. We were still unable to try all the meat options due to the fact that they did not come by our table. Our server was very nice. Took very good care of us. The noise level was rather High. And the salad bar was so so. We all agreed that the food at Rodizio's was much better.

My wife wanted to try it for some time we just never had time. The experience was very pleasant. Service was amazing and the food was amazing. I’m planning on going with friends in a couple of months.

Excellent Service!!. they did really cater to how you like your meats

Overpriced! Mainly cheap cuts of beef /meat that were over cooked like flank, and top sirloin and chicken. Salad was good. Way too expensive for what you get.

Always friendly staff ! Manager is very courteous!
