Welcome to the height of fine dining. Welcome to Texas de Brazil.
Clean. Friendly. Good service, attentive not up in your face all the time. Food was presented nicely, seemed fresh, salad bar area well maintained, gloves and hand sanitizer recommended for everyone. Staff had masks. Drinks nice. Food perfect. Everyone I brought with me wants to go back again.
Felt like a long time for servers to bring around meat. More waitress than servers
We felt very short changed. Because our table was positioned furthest away
from the kitchen, we would get served last. Servers would come with 2 lamb chops left for a party of 4 and 1 beef short rib. We felt like we had to beg for food. They need to rotate starting positions. We witnessed tables repeatedly get served while we still waited for firsts.
The meat is so salty! And rare.
Excellent waitress, servers and managers. Highly recommend.
The meal that they come to the table with all the different meats and with the salad bar included was great
Loved the restaurant, the staff was amazing, will recommend this place to friends and family ❤️
I am a pescatarian and went to dinner here with my friends and suprinsgly they still had a lot of options for me!! I loved the atmosphere, we all felt we were on vacation. For my friends, it's like a meat lovers dream. They were so happy. I'd go back, not super soon, but I would... and I deff recommend to people who love meat they will be very happy.
Everything was simply amazing! Food is beyond outstanding, and we love the way everything is served. It is such a fun experience! We can’t wait to go back with some friends!
Excellent, Suzanne was our server and she was just friendly enough, perfect
Food always excellent
It was a great experience for my husband and I who were first timers. This location will be in our regular rotation for sure.
Ive been too many of these locations from Miami to Yonkers and even this one on Long Island before and have seen a steady decline in quality in this location. Was not impressed with quality of food/drinks especially for the value. Do not plan on going back to this location anytime soon.
Food was delicious, haven't been in a while and it did not disappoint. Loved the new additions to the meat menu. My kids wished they had the sushi rolls, maybe next time!
I have been to this restaurant before and found this time to not be quite as good and with much less food choices. They also neglected to add my Opentable points.
While it was the 4th of July and an early reservation (5:45), the restaurant was not very busy. Also with the effects of COVID-19 I believe the restaurant was short staffed. While the food was good, the meat wasn’t up to their normal standard we have come to know at Texas de Brazil. This is not to say that the meat wasn’t good, just not as many different cuts as normal and the Filets Mignon was cooked to be well done instead of rare/med rare. Other than that everything else was up to par.
Great service and great food
Comfortable and clean delicious food
Many thanks to managers Aaron F. and Devin who made our experience wonderful! They visit each and every table which I like very much. They really care! The food and service is excellent! We will visit again very soon with our friends!
I have been to other Texas De Brazil and this one ranks the worst yet. It was our anniversary and it put a damper on things. The one thing that was good is we got seated fast. The food never changes at the restaurants but the service was shabby. Waiters passed our table several times with different meats and didn’t offer one time and the card was green. We had to tell the manager that they are bypassing us and we are in the middle of the room we shouldn’t be missed at all. Some servers didn’t even look at us as they passed us by. As the waitress was very sweet her attentiveness was at a minimum also. We were offered water 1 time and had to pull someone else to get us more for the price we pay we were very disappointed . The table behind us had children running round and knocked into me several times but we did receive an apology. This experience was terrible and we will never dine there again at least not at that one
Food was very salty. It’s an okay experience.
Celebrated Father’s Day. Very noisy venue. Waitress was a train wreck. Took forever for her to take drink orders. Goucho’s made up for her lack of ability. Awesome food!!!
Food & Service is ALWAYS delicious and on point! Please note diners: it is VERY cold in there, which makes for an uncomfortable dining experience if you are like me and always cold. They explained the extreme heat from kitchen would make the dining room hot, so the zone is very cold. So, note to self, grab a sweater and enjoy! Also - the Passion fruit Caiprianhni cocktail was AMAZING!!!
Great food and a fun experience trying different foods. My kids favorite place to go.
Great Place To Eat, Signature Cocktail was a litte strong, but, overall
definately a place to go
My husband loved the meats. I had salad bar, a bit lacking in choices. Hot bar was disappointing. The restaurant was sooooo cold we had to eat quickly and leave. Requested 2x to lower AC and nothing happened.
Will not be back.
Another fantastic dinner with great selection of meats.
Unfortunately our first experience was far less than desirable; with the server neglecting us; we did not have the "coins" so the kitchen staff did not know to come by with the selections...overall a terrible costly experience; however; we went to celebrate a friends birthday; hoping that it was not repeated; and much to our delight; the server(s); food and overall experience was excellent and the restaurant will be highly recommended.
The food tasted like fuel.
Food and service sucked. The sides were gross. The salami and cheeses were hard a rock/ stale. Meat was horrible. Waiter was unenthusiastic and seemed annoyed/ bored. Would not recommend
Most of the food was either just not tasty or just of relatively poor quality. The table waitress was very nice and attentive, but the guys bringing food around were slow and acted like they didn't want to give you more than a nibble of each item. In retrospect, perhaps that was good to restrict the food quantity because we wasted less when we found each item to be bland or not tasty for some reason (e.g. fillet mignon had an extreme smokey taste, all the lamb was very gamey).
The $50/plate price tag would have been worth it if the food was good, but since it wasn't, this is a lot of money to waste when we can go elsewhere for even moderately better food.
We will not be going back.
The food was excellent and there was plenty variety of meat. The staff was pleasant. You wear your mask at the buffet and disposable gloves are provided. We had the sangria. I only wished it was a little strong. The one thing I can’t stand is to order alcohol when I could have just paid for juice. But overall it was a nice experience.
In the beginning of our meal the servers came around often with different choices of meat but at about half our time there that changed. We waited for over 25 minutes for someone to bring more meats to our table, after requesting it then nothing. I thought this restaurant is “ALL YOU CAN EAT” but it seems they cut you off halfway through your meal. Drinks and food are way over priced. We are completely disappointed overall.
The service and food were great!
Food was great - service was outstanding!
Excellent service great costumer service everything on point and Diego did a great job.
On Saturday 05/29/2021, my family and I visited Texas de Brazil for the first time at the Long Island location. There were two adults and two children. We made a 9pm reservation through Open Table. We arrived a few minutes earlier than our reservation and were seated almost immediately. We were seated in the front corner near the salad bar and server’s station. Our server took a few minutes to introduce and when she did, it was to tell us that she would be with us in a few. We waited almost ten minutes before she finally came over. We informed her that this was our first time ever and she explained how things worked and took our drink orders. We did ask for a drink menu but she did not have one handy but was able to let us know what was available. We chose to enjoy the salad bar first before enjoying the main entree. We kept our coin flipped until almost 9:30pm. It took over ten minutes or so before we were brought any main entrees. Some meat servers completely passed over us without even asking. Our server barely came over and was running all over even though we were right next to the server station. We received the flank steak twice, the sirloin, and lamb. We did not get a chance to try any of the other meat entrees. We were really looking forward to trying everything but were not given the opportunity. We requested the bill and received it. When we were giving payment we informed the server that we did not get the full experience, she apologized and said we should have said something sooner but nothing was done to make it better. We spent around $230 with tax and gratuity and barely got to experience anything. We were really disappointed with our experience and we do not think we will be returning. This experience especially being our first, it was truly disappointing. We definitely had high expectations but unfortunately will not return due to this unfortunate experience.
Cant recommend this place enough. Amazing ambiance, fantastic food, and impeccable service. Some of the best steak I have ever had in my entire life. They are so friendly and will always cook the meat to your liking. 10/10 would go again.
Very nice looking restaurant. Clean. The meat selection was great. My favorite was the bacon wrapped filet mignon, flank steak, sausage and seasoned sirloin. The sides were okay. I wish they had a hot pasta dish side as well. We didn’t eat that much as we got full quickly. For the price per person if we knew, we should have eaten more if we could. Next time I’m not eating all day before I go to get my money’s worth. 😊. Oh and drinks were great. Our favorite was the margarita and Ramba.
Great place but meat coming out was slow and clean up was slow.
The our server was super attentive and sweet and the manager came over to us TWICE to make sure everything was okay at our table. He also made sure we got to try all of the meats available.
