                                                                                    Mixing Instructions: Cut the fresh lime into eighths and put the pieces of lime into a glass. The server was good but the guys serving the meat was not around as much. One guy who has a pony tail and glasses was awful. He didn't seem happy. He didn't even give me a chance to choose my meat. I wanted medium selection for the House Special and he just flickered the well done onto my plate. They hardly stop by our table.i had to asked our server several times to send someone over to us. Waiting too long we lost our appetite. By the time someone stop by we were full. Wasted our money! We probably had 4 meat servers stop by the whole 2 hours. And we did have our green button flipped upwards so can't say why they didn't stop by.

                                                                                                We went for my Mom's 85th birthday and had requested patio dining out of an abundance of caution. When we got there we were told the patio wasn't open, however, the manager agreed to open it for us but cautioned that the service would be slower than usual because they weren't staffed to support the patio. We accepted the patio seating with this understanding, but in actuality the service was excellent! The people bringing the meat were at our table every few minutes and our waiter Ivan was awesome, making sure that we got the types of meat we were looking for. We were the only ones on the patio, they turned the music down for us, and we had a wonderful time. My Mom loved it!!!

Food is delicious, hot and fresh and service is always excellent. We go to the Irvine location often (about once a month) and we've never had bad service or a bad overall experience. Not really a place for children unless they can EAT.

                                                                                                After confirming my reservation by text and email on 2 different days I get a call 3 hours before my reservation that says IF I’m still interested in my reservation(that was twice confirmed) to call them back. Called back 7 times in a 30 minutes and nobody picks up the phone. Service lacks to say the least. We had to clear our own plates and glasses and felt like we had to flag waiters down for more drinks.

They mixed up our son’s cake for another table and good thing that the table was next to us so we could let the server know. We ended up sharing the cake with them anyway.                                                                                                 Prices are not reasonable for the food available. $30 for a basic salad bar with no meat is over priced. The amount of food served to other family members were minimal. Service was non existent. Our server completely ignored our table and was consumed with a larger party. Thirsty and had to ask a bus boy for a refill on the sodas. Manager was very friendly and apologetic. Overall will think twice before dining here again. Especially during dinner time.

                                                                                                The food was fantastic and well worth it IF it came out more frequently. We waited sometimes 10 minutes for steak to come out. Sometimes we were skipped and had to wait for the next round. Our server was very lazy. He did not clear a single plate from our table and we had to stack plates in order to eat comfortably. I would come back again if they were more attentive. Came on my birthday so my whole group was disappointed.

Sometimes very slow; both meat and drink service. Push on the lower cost meats, only offering the prime meats once, unless you ask for a specific cut.                                                                                                 Been to the location many times. Food is always very good. Two problems I experienced. First- The waiter was never at the table. They clear your plates and check on you. Coffee was Luke warm took over 15 minutes for him to come back. I have had great servers that make the experience amazing. This guy was terrible. Second- if you ask for a special meat or cook medium well. It takes over 15 minutes. This has happened on more than one occasion.
